The paints provided in the kit do not match the colors
in the included picture ("Ocean Galleon"). The vintage
ship should be various shades of brown-as in the picture. Instead I received 6 pots of different shades of
green, so now I would have a green ship. I will be happy to purchase the appropriate paint.

I think that the choices and quality of paintings are excellent. I have been ordering on a regular basis and it has kept my mind active since the lockdown last March. I find it very relaxing and rewarding. I have all my paintings framed and hanging on the walls of my house, people have asked me if I would do one for them and they will pay me, in fact I have been offered £250 for one of my paintings, Guardian Angel. After sales service brilliant, very professional and efficient, quickly responding to my queries, Gaby in particular is great. Considering we are in the middle of a pandemic the service has been very good, no problem at all, and find it irritating to find how ungrateful and selfish some of the general public are. I have no complaints only praise for all your hard work and efforts, may it long continue

Their website only publishes 4 or 5 star reviews. I wish I would have looked closer at the red flags. I felt bullied by the customer service reps who discouraged me from returning my order. My order took over a month to be received. The items did not ship within 2-3 days as represented.

Response to vendor: Only one of the kits was in transit 12 days after I placed the order. I contacted customer service to try and avoid having to return the one knowing I would not receive it in time. I was told I would need to send each kit back separately to two different places and it would be very expensive. Not worth the aggravation.

J’ai reçu ma commande en peu de temps, conforme à la demande . Les peintures sont belles et de bonne qualité. J’ai néanmoins dû racheter des pinceaux qui sont moyens ..... je n’ai pas terminé mon tableau mais tout me laisse à penser qu’il sera très reussi

Excellent value for money! It is my third order and I am always extremely pleased by the quality of their paint by numbers. Don’t look elsewhere if you want a high quality numbered canvas and fresh paint pots. Definitely something you can offer for Christmas if you want to make your relatives happy.

Thirty years have passed and this Old bloke gets the urge to do a bit of painting by numbers. I have done them before and found that it was a relaxing experience. Mind you, it was a long time ago, and I didn't shake from too much Ventalin in those days, no, I had something else that made me shake, especially on the morning after, but by evening I had settled down enough to have another go at the canvas.
This time, I looked around the internet for a supplier and after one failure, I came across USA.Figuredart.com the product looked just like I would want to work on, so, I selected a couple of canvases and waited eagerly for the arrival.
I could feel the creative power rising in my blood, I could see myself with only one ear, but that wasn't for me, so I settled for a Leonardo type attitude.
Now, the dreaded Virus is around, and I didn't give much thought to how it would disrupt the postal service, but it did, As they say every cloud has a silver lining, and I took this opportunity to make an easel to place my masterpeice.
The folk at Figuredart bent over backwards (which looked a little bit disconcerting as they usually are standing straight up), However the goods arrived, and I can only say that I am happy, and completely satisfied with the service and the quality of the items received.

I received my painting pretty late because of COVID-19 but everything was as described and it was great. I ran out of some paint and some of it dried up before I was able to finish my painting. I emailed customer service and within a few days they had sent a whole new paint kit to me for free so I would be able to finish my painting. Great service! Will definitely purchase from them again.

J'ai commandé comme beaucoup de monde pendant le confinement en avril... et jai recu ma commande trois mois plus tard fin juillet.
Comme beaucoup de monde également , jai cru à une arnaque , les avis lus sur trust pilot ne me rassurant pas...
Mais quand j ai finalement reçu mes toiles, j ai été agréablement surprise de leur qualité : le rendu est magnifique :), jai passe un excellent moment avec ma fille a peindre le premier tableau ( jai hate de faire le deuxième) .

Et la tout récemment le fondateur du site m'a envoyé un message très transparent et sympathique pour expliquer le délai et s'en excuser et m'a même proposé de m' envoyer une autre toile en guise de dédommagement.
Ne vous arrêtez donc pas aux avis qui courent entre mars et juillet/ aout et qui ne reflètent pas ce site dans son fonctionnement habituel. Ils ont simplement très mal géré la période du confinement probablement du fait d'une mauvaise communication avec leur transporteur , ils auraient dû simplement stopper leur commande , mais ils ne l ont pas fait et malheureusement cela leur a valu beaucoup d angoisse pour les clients, et de ce fait une très mauvaise publicité...

Je recommanderai quant à moi les yeux fermés chez eux , sachant que bientôt ils auront un entrepôt en France ce qui accélérera les délais de livraison.

A large choice of designs, I received my tracking number within 24h and the shipping was really fast. The kits are properly packaged, their canvas is quite thick which is definitely a big plus and the paint pots are perfectly labelled with fresh paint inside. I tried several shops and so far they are the best. Good job!

I am super glad to see their logistics is back to normal. I am a regular customer of their website and they have great products. Got my 2 new PBN canvas earlier this week, can't wait to paint them. Full support to their team!

I honestly wanted to write a positive review that reflects the current situation we have in this country, my profession has been logistics and shipping for several years. I ordered my canvas back in March and I knew it would take a very long time for me to get this order due to the pandemic. I didn't freak out- I remained CALM. A lot of people do not understand the difficulties in regards to shipping products from other countries, especially China at this time. My order arrived today 08/11/2020. PATIENCE is a virtue. Thank you for my Delivery!

Je rejoints les autres avis, j'ai sérieusement cru à une arnaque, il m'a fallu 3 mois pour recevoir mon colis et aucune réponse à mes mails. Ce qui me dérange, c'est le gros manque de communication pendant cette période ; ils auraient très bien pu faire un mail d’explication à l'ensemble des clients ayant des commandes en attente, ça leur aurait évité de se faire submerger de mails ... mais ce fut un silence radio complet !

Après avoir attendu longtemps sans qu il ne se passe rien (numéro de tracking qui ne fonctionnait pas), j'ai enfin reçu la commande. Le colis est parfaitement emballé et correspond à l achat... Même si le covid est sûrement la cause du retard, 3 mois le recevoir est dérangeant.

Ordered 4/16, received in USA 7/31. The company seems legit, just very slow. It shipped ~12 weeks after ordering and took almost 3 weeks to arrive but it did!

Je viens de recevoir mon colis (22 juillet) alors que je l'ai commandé le 13 mai ! J'ai vraiment cru à une arnaque au vu des délais hyper longs et un suivi colis qui ne fonctionne pas...

J'ai finalement reçu mon colis le 20 juillet. J'avais passé ma commande le 8 mai... Au moins je suis soulagée de voir que ce n'est pas une fraude. J'ajoute une étoile pour cette raison.

Same experience as others. No actual item attached to tracking number provided. Item has not arrived in 3+ months. It is a scam.

J’ai enfin reçu mon colis hier après 3 mois d’attente... le confinement est terminé donc je suis déçue car j’aurais voulu peindre durant ce confinement.
J’ai retiré mon avis négatif mais bon 3 mois de délais au lieu de Max 3 semaines (deja long) ca ne mérite pas 4 ou 5 étoiles

Très satisfaite commande effectuée le 26/06 et reçue le 15/07. Toile de qualité je recommande et ne comprends pas les autres avis 😕
