Terrible experience - you lost a customer
We have used Bizay numerous times and have always been very happy with the quality, value, and speed. We placed an order almost 3 weeks ago and had an estimated delivery date of 10/01; order is still in production. Come to find out, you cannot contact this company - everything leads to their idiotic AI chatbot, and there is no way to bypass that. This is the last time we will be using them. For those that love them, we hear you, just wait until you have an issue.

BIZAY! Easy!! Simple!! Beautiful!!
BIZAY is the only printing company that I will use!! Making bookmarks, using photos I had taken, was so easy and simple!! And they are beautiful and perfect on both sides!! The quality is very nice, even though I didn’t order the higher grade stock!
I had tried to order from a few different companies, but the process was just too complicated. BIZAY got my business! Thank you!

Won’t help if the delivery firm don’t deliver
My daughter ordered from here and did not get her products. She contacted the company and they told her that they had delivered it and sent a pic from Evri, which shows a box at her door. However that parcel was some clothes she’d ordered. What’s happenihg?
