Printing So Bad It's Unusable!
Wrong paper weight, and a visible line through every business card. Edges of the business card are beat up, color is not consistent from the front to the back, and there are fingerprints all over the cards. I actually can not believe how bad their product is. Zero usable business cards out of 500. Zero Star Experience.

5 day delay between delivery day given initially and when it actually shipped. If it takes 2 weeks, just tell me it takes 2 weeks. Outside of that, the print job itself was excellent and I'm very satisfied with the cards I received.

Terrible experience - you lost a customer
We have used Bizay numerous times and have always been very happy with the quality, value, and speed. We placed an order almost 3 weeks ago and had an estimated delivery date of 10/01; order is still in production. Come to find out, you cannot contact this company - everything leads to their idiotic AI chatbot, and there is no way to bypass that. This is the last time we will be using them. For those that love them, we hear you, just wait until you have an issue.
