Ordered trainers and they took just over a month to arrive, I contacted the company and they wasn’t very helpful, tracking information was very limited and they refer you to an email that you don’t get a reply from.
The trainers come from china so it’s not easy to identify if they are geniuine or not as I know a lot of things are made in china for companies.
Main thing is I ordered a size UK9 and was sent a size UK6, which are useless to me.
Buy at your own peril, but I don’t think I’ll get much luck in a return as I barely got a response after several emails.

Ordered early November , emailed several times same response can’t find pending etc
Sent proof if order but heard nothing definite scam do not buy

Don’t buy from them. Fake company. I never received my orders. No response for the emails only automated messages.

My trainers ordered 4 weeks ago (10 day delivery promise) have not arrived and no response to emails - I can see from the general feedback this is all to common. Save yourself the heartache

I have been waiting for my trainers since 27th Nov tried to contact them, no response from emails sent. Do not use this company it is a con.

After 2 weeks I have not got my parcel! No communication- not sure anymore that this is a proper company! Will cancel my payment

Ordered a pair of sneakers …. Still waiting … lots of initial emails back and forth and then nothing. Hoping I can get money back but beware !!

I ordered a pair of on trainers 10 November 2025, still not received them despite numerous attempts to contact them. Received AI generated emails saying to wait. The tracking number and company do not exist. Sham… just hope I can get my £92 money back. I can’t understand how the banking companies don’t check them out.

plate scam but very professional with its billing,initial correspondence and delivery information.
but alas i never received my goods.

Scam do not buy from this company ordered trainers on the 20th November it said 5 days delivery still no trainers.
Had some email contact with the scammers and they are saying i need to be patient they have had a lot of orders and there are delays.
Going to get in touch with my bank now.

Placed an order for £92.00 for trainers, no sign of the delivery after three weeks and they don’t reply to emails on their web site. Looks like they are a spam set up so buyer beware and I will chase my money owed via the credit provider. What makes me not happy is that they are supported by all major card suppliers so I doubt they check out the supplier for credibility first.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I have now emailed multiple times and still haven’t received a single proper response. I was sent the completely wrong size (a size 8), even though my receipt clearly shows I ordered a size 11.
When I tried to contact support, all I received was an automated reply from an AI chatbot telling me to email a Gmail account—which I also did—but still no response. It has now been a full week with no acknowledgement or assistance, which is completely unacceptable in this day and age.
This level of customer service is extremely frustrating, and I would strongly caution others before ordering.

Stupidly orderded a pair of on runners after seeing a advert on instagram.
Website looks professional and claim to have over 4000 trust pilot reviews but when returning to website I noticed links didnt work.
Doing a charge back through the bank.

Scam company operating on Instagram shipping fake branded items from China - I ordered a pair of On Running trainers size 43. After a month I received a pair size 36 and whilst they are a reasonable copy, having had a number of On Running shoes before, they are clearly fake. There are no instructions on how to return items.

Caveat emptor.
