Ordered 10.5, size 9 arrived, I emailed back via there returns policy and then directed to luxurysclubgroup@……, I still await a reply, disgusting and in my opinion fraudulent activity on behalf of this company, avoid is my best suggestion 😡

Luckily I went to Trustpilot before buying. This site is very suspicious as it offered great sale prices on a large range of Hoka shoes even though they had literally all sizes available in all colours ( but only 4 of each 🤣 ). There is also no option to search by size. I am avoiding and a reminder if prices look ‘ too good to be true’ … that’s probably right !

Total scam stay away from the site.
Ordered some trainers 8 weeks ago still waiting on delivery, repeatedly contacted them via e-mail and had no reply.

Do not but from this site. I have had the very same experience as other reviewers.I bought trainers, paid 106€ on 30th November and never received. Several emails with automated responses. No response from luxurysclubgroup. I am reporting to the fraud squat today.

This company is clearly a huge scam and are to be avoided at all costs. I ordered OC trainers on Christmas Day, and the wrong size was delivered, which was clearly fake. I received no response to any follow-ups. Not hopeful of ever getting the correct size or money back.

I placed an order when they had a half price offer on ON trainers. Ordered a size 7, 6 weeks later a pair of size 4 fake ON trainers arrived. I’ve emailed to ask for a refund but any emails that have come back from them are from a bot and contain no information to follow up - total scammers

Ordered in November 2 pairs of trainers, never arrived, countless emails asking for order numbers confirming me email and then asked to email someone else to get support.
Definitely don’t buy from these people

I would give zero if it was an option. Ordered a pair of US9.5 running shoes for A$190. After an eternity I received a pair of US7.0. Emailed the company and followed their instructions (send a photo to confirm the wrong size) and was promised the correct pair. They never arrived so I complained and was promised a full refund. No refund eventuated. They are a complete fraud/scam. DO NOT USE THEM.

Total fraud of a company. Ordered a pair of trainers months ago. Still not recieved and paid for. Now they say they can't find the correct order number even though I've sent it them many times.

Took me a while to realise its a scam!

They issue a few standard emails to say the order number is incorrect, but its just stalling.

SCAM - Beware! I was crazy enough to make 3 orders for trainers with this company. All were the wrong sizing and suspected counterfeit and impossible to get refunds. Kept getting an AI email telling me to email a different address for a refund that never came so now having to ask my credit card company for help. Avoid this company folks!

I placed an order on 28 November 2025 and have not received the item.
Customer support responded with what appears to be an AI-generated message, incorrectly stating my order number was wrong.
I am now proceeding with a chargeback through my bank and reporting this to Action Fraud! I would strongly advise others to avoid purchasing from this website.

PAID FOR AND ORDERED A PAIR OF TRAINERS. Even though I sent them the original confirmation email from their site, the order number they sent me as confirmation does not exist. The "specialist support" they keep talking about, which is supposed to be at luxurysclubgroup@...., doesn't exist either. They don't give you a phone number to call; you can only email them. But this support department doesn't answer my many questions!

Update: I was issued an order number back on 26 November - followed by a tracking number. Still no delivery!! I have sent multiple emails to these scammers - they send replies saying they cannot find my order number - they sent it to me by email. I have replied to their emails with a screenshot of the order number they gave - they reply saying it’s not correct!! Fraud / scammers!!! Please do not send them any money - reported to my bank - SCAM FRAUD

One star is too high. Long time before delivery. Wrong trainer and wrong size. Unable to contact as all emails are rejected. Submitting through the website also does no good and gives no record of having been done. The email for returns also does not work. Feels like a scam.

SCAM. Ordered on 7 November still waiting on 19 December. I have had responses from them which offered me a little bit of hope how stupid must I have been. I’m amazed that they can still advertise on Instagram it actually doesn’t help anyone who sells on Instagram. I won’t be ordering anything on Instagram in the future. Such a shame for a great opportunity for companies to advertise and sell. Ruined by disgusting ‘companies’ like this.

Fake goods stay away from them! I ordered 3 pairs of ON trainers through their Instagram they took 6 weeks to come and are fake! They came from china! Stay away from these scammers they are fake goods have reported to the bank
