Great rocking whisky tumblers
We ordered two rocking whisky tumblers. They were competitively priced and arrived promptly. The glasses were very well wrapped and appeared exactly as advertised. They are intended as a gift so have not yet been used, but they appear robust and look like.they will be fit for purpose. Happy customer.

Hi Markus, thank you for your email, apologies for the delay in getting this order to you. It did leave our warehouse on time but I can see there have been some delays with DPD and getting this parcel to you. It looks like it has all been received now. Apologies again. Thanks
Great service
Great service! My order arrived really quickly. I really liked the use of 100% recycled packaging. The glasses look amazing, and I will be ordering more from the range.

Not dishwasher safe as stated
I bought a Mexican elbow which worked great… I did however buy this specifically because it states dishwasher safer on the website….. 1 wash in our dishwasher all the shine has been removed and if I touch it I get covered in black stuff… THIS IS NOT A DISHWASHER SAFE PRODUCT ….
Very disappointed

Hi, Thank you for your feedback, I can only apologies that this was incorrectly marked as dishwasher safe on our site. We have recently updated our .com, .us and .eu websites and unfortunately some items did reset their basic dishwasher information. We thought this has been corrected but this particular product was missed. I have fully refunded your order and your delivery, plus a discount code off any future orders will be sent to your email to compensate you for the inconvenience caused. The website has also been updated. Once again apologies for the inconvenience this has caused.
Many thanks, Sam
Gone Down Hill !!!!!!!
So i was going wait until end of day but urban bar has sent me a review request, so here is what i think
So my last order i had a chipped glass on the inner side of the rim, i have now emailed 4 times and nothing, now I’ve been shopping with urban bar for many years but this is definitely that last they used to be so good your aftercare is just as important as your sells ive looked at other emails and im not the only person saying this, and please don’t send me an email and insult my intelligence by saying that my emails went in your jump box, blah blah blah

Hi Pete, I am very sorry to hear about your recent experience and your damaged product. I have checked our mail boxes and I cannot find any correspondence from you, can you confirm the email address these were sent to so I can investigate this further? I have also spoken to my colleagues that are working today and no one can find any record of communication from your email address. Please forward the emails you have sent to admin@urbanbar.com and address them for the attention of Sam and I will ensure this is looked into for you. We would never intentionally ignore any emails from our customers. We pride ourselves in our customer service and can only apologies this has occurred.
