The payment method doesn't work. Tried multiple times to add the zip code after the security code and it never takes the zip. I emailed and no solution. This is a scam! CANCEL asap...

if I could rate upside zero star I would do so. I did exactly what it told me to do I went to the station it told me to I claimed my offer etc. etc. never got any money but I don't know what their deal is or if they're selling our informationto people and this is just a scam to get our information I don't know but don't do it it is not legit

Earning one penny is a joke I put 50 dollars in my truck and earned a whooping 16 cents. Not worth it

Don’t do this. Constant problems. Issues. Gift cert after being told would be emailed. Nope. I deleted it after removing card/payment from app. Disappointing just constant bs

***2 months later and this app is still the best! My best advice is to cash out using paypal... Any kind of gift card seems to go missing...

I love this app! I'm not much for using apps but this one has been good to me. I use it daily. Only one time did a fill up show expired. I sent them a picture of the receipt and they added the money immediately. I've had no problems having them send the cash to paypal.

Disappointed on this App
I have tried the Upside App for about six months. i out my debit card up for charging. but the first month they refused to pay on more than half of my try’s, second month the same. i changed cards thinking that was problem. i ordered $75 Texas road house card and it arrived fine. Remember it’s an e card that goes in your wallet. But every month is the same, Over 6 months i made 19 tries to get the money, out of 38 try’s i had 18 that were expired, so if they can’t commit, and take their pick of charges they approve i’m the one losing for using my debit card and missing out on
18 times they didn’t pay. So i cashed in my last $36, and im going back to my corp card as it pays 4% across the board on all charges no matter what.

Everything - horrible service - used it before but they said
I had two accounts that they took the money and pocketed it from. Suspended them both even tho they were different numbers and PayPal. Think they track people too so your best to beware!

It’s definitely Not a scam but I will give a word of advice 1. Only cash out to PayPal not a gift card… I have never had problems cashing out to PayPal and can’t speak on cashing out on gift cards but judging from the comments I would not recommend it.

I will say after scrolling through my history it appears there are quite a bit of expired/ unprocessed receipts which is a bit suspicious basically I don’t know if they do this on purpose if they notice you fill up a lot but that alone deducts 2 starts

I just deleted the app, bunch of lying clowns! Waited 4 days for $3 back, processing, then expires, they make thier money advertising on utube,and get people to download the app only to get nothing!

When I tried to cash out my rebates for an Amazon gift card, it showed my account email address as a totally bogus email. I'm glad I caught it. I have set an email to upside regarding it, but after reading the reviews here, I am not confident that I will hear back from them.

I use a fleet card I have entered it as directed. But I never received my cash back! Even though I have submitted receipts.If I could have given a zero I would because that's what I have received!!!

I had built up $270 in my account, cashed out for Amazon gift card. Never received it, and now I have zero. Sent inquiry to customer service, They never replied. Looks like Upside is a scam.

Total scam soon as u cash out and it don't come they say u have claim anything bull crap this is a scam don't download it a scam I have over 15 item says processing from over 2 week ago scam don't do it scam alert

My friend sent the app told me i could save money… Helll naw every transaction ive made its said expired when i pushed ive paid. Now by looking at all the reviews i see its a scam

Upside is not worth the trouble. Over half the discounts I have tried to claim show as “processing” for over a week, then switch to “expired”. If I fill out their form and send a photo of the receipt I promptly get my dollar or two, but it is not worth the time and effort. Better to shop prices at the pump or sign up for the brand discount programs.

Upside is a scam never received my gift card and you have to talk to a bot that can never answer my questions. Complete scam and a wast of time. Stay away from upside. They get there’s and they don’t care about the customers one bit. Worst app ever

I tried to cashed out $10 to Walmart gift card a week ago up till now no email no gift card I called they ask me to pay $1through my bank account before they let me speak to someone that will help me .Now I have come to conclusion upside is scam

I was only able to cash out one time for $5 and change every since then all of my transactions say pending and it's been a week since the earliest one. I'm thinking the only way you can see results is if you were to add your financial information such as bank account or card to the app. Forcing you to reveal and/or share financial info. Revised 09/01/24 I've waited for cash back to post for MORE than 10 days to return to the app today and find the ones I was waiting on "EXPIRED". I believe This is a Fishing APP to gather device and account information
