App said .14 cents off. Then next day getting my money back said.07 per gallon back. Got 15.90 gallons per their app with total of .32 cents credit. Something really doesn’t add up. Must be those foreign countries doing it not knowing currency conversion. Such a rip off
NEED CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT

App is very antiquated and hard to use. Will not frame properly for receipts unless you have a large screen phone. No one to talk to for customer service help at all. Close to being a scam product, but I've been able to make it work for some things. Also, there is a fee after going through the extreme hassle of cashing out.

No retailer/vendor accountability and denying a gas fill up credit of $2.00 to my account even after I provided a copy of the credit action/charge on my credit card for the date/location/amount of the fill up. This company/ business must be in bad shape and will no longer be utilized by me!!!!

I'm advising people that have been defraud please file a complaint with you state district attorney. they are defrauding people on purpose. They wait to the receipts expire on purpose so they don't have to give the rebate and making like you did something wrong. its not you its them upside wronging all you people. please make your complaints.

Sorry, but t the at is the lowest rating available. I have been using the app for less than a year, when I went to cash out for an Amazon card. My money disappeared. Four reps say I didn't have an account with that much money. Had no idea about an A man Amazon card.

This app is a Scam! They try and make you believe your going to save money by using it, but trust me YOU DON'T.

They only give you cash back at the gas stations that charge 20 cents a gallon higher in the 1st place just so they can give you back 9 cents per gallon. And as other have said you can only cash out when you hit $10 and an EVEN dollar amount only! which takes forever unless you buy gas daily.

Also they send you promotions that if you buy gas 6-8 times in a month they will give you an extra 10 cents off per gallon on your 1st purchase your next month one time, and they have yet to honor their promotions to me without having to email them SEVERAL TIMES, submit screen shots of their promo email they sent me, and then if you are lucky they approve it and then they pick the cheapest gas ticket with the fewest gallons to apply it to. WHAT A SCAM

And Last there is NO customer service, you are NOT be able to talk to a real person.

The only way to actually make money on this app is if you don't have to pay for the gas to begin with!!

Don’t use upside. Majority of the time it say receipt expired or has issues. Then you can’t cash out until you get to 10 dollars which takes for ever to get.

Upside is the BIGGEST Fraud! I've been using the Upside app every time I purchased gas or when I go to the restaurants that they have on the app. I used it for over 2 years, and I accumulated over $250. When i tried to cash out the money into my savings account that i had set up with the Upside app from the first day that i signed up for Upside app. I get an email from Upside and they say the money will be deposited into my savings account. They say login to your account, which I'm already logged into. I tried to login in from the verification email that Upside sent, but it doesn't work. So, needless to say I can't get the funds deposited into my account, and I can't reach customer service! WHAT A SCAM THIS UPSIDE app is!!!...don't waste your time, efforts, or money! Has anyone else experienced this?

I’ve been using Upside for a long time I try to cash out they say they’re gonna send me an email I never get it it’s been over two weeks now no email and I didn’t get my cash back like they said on a Walmart card very frustrating pisses me off this is bullshitand you can’t even call them

All my UPSIDE BALANCE DISAPPERED ONE MORNING.
no way of talking to a live representative.
Someone SUPPOSEDLY logged into my account withdrew funds .
Customer Reprenrltative via email after 3 days tells me they have NO WAY OF TRACING WHERE THE FUNDS ARE GONE. SO I LOST EVERYTHING. THEY NOT EVEN WILLING TO DO SOME FORM OF COMPENSATION.

I have had the last two gas purchases through Upside not come through with any cash back. I followed the directions, used the credit card in my wallet and was told to wait for the credited amount. It never came. I am finished with using Upside. It's not worth the hassle to get nothing for your trouble.

11 of my last 13 purchases have expired and I did not get my cash back.. I sent in an email to support and nothing got resolved.

Lunch is on me today I have 8 cents in my upside account you get 4 cents and I get 4 cents.

NO customer service reps. Chatted with them and the generic answers they gave had nothing to do with my problem. Tried to sign in, no way to do that. Just to repeat you can not sign into your account. Chatted again to close my account, said it would take up to 45 days. I would never deal with them again. I also had quite a few denied claims. I do not feel like they are completely honest or upstanding.

First time you use gas rewards you have to use a credit card that's ok then you add gas then click done that was good then the second time I tried to use it chose the gas station used my credit card then I
Had to upload recipt and had trouble could not take a good enough picture for the app to accept and you can't call customer service to get help so it's a waste if loading picture don't work

The percentage amount being paid on a certain grocery store I use has been only 1% for over a month. Customer service states that it's due to the store not having enough customer traffic. Funny thing is you can't find a parking space at this store because it's so busy. And a different supermarket less than 10 miles away is paying 9%. This app started out pretty good, but now I will be deleting it.

Do not bother with this gimmick app. I had nothing but issues with different cashback attempts, and after communicating with them via email and venting my frustration, they closed my account and never deposited the $30.00 into my savings account. This was money I had accumulated and was rightfully my money. Now I cannot even reach out to the dishonest people. I am now going to file a complaint with the FTC. This is a fraudulent scheme, conducting unethical business practices.

I referred someone and was told I would get $20 for It but it still has not paid out. I'm getting 1¢ for some of their transactions but they did not pay out the $20. They should not promote that. It's false advertising

This is the biggest scam ever! I down loaded the app and used it at the gas station it said I could use it at every time I filled up in 6 months I have not been approved for a single penny in cash back. I door dash and thought putting $20 a day of fuel in my car would help get a small amount of cash back but nothing! I have told a lot of people that this program is a scam, do not download do not use!
