I would like to be able to say that it was a good experience but I can't. Way too long waiting for the order to be prepared and shipped.
Should be 2 stars but your customer support was extremely quick to answer, so 3 stars.

Great buy - Andersen Winches…
I bought a couple of Andersen Winches for my Folkboat and Upffront were really great to deal with.
From the initial advice on the best size winch to select, to a simple easy to understand quote with interactive chat, to payment and shipping - everything was flawless. Received my winches next day and they are exactly what I ordered and wanted. Highly recommend to anyone… thank-you to everyone at Upffront for making my purchase experience so good.

Thank you for leaving your feedback on Trustpilot and we must apologise for the delay in shipping your Loop Cover shackles order. We were reliant on the manufacturer building some new ones and unfortunately, like everyone over the last few months, they have been completely overwhelmed with orders and these shackles got pushed down their priority list.
As an apology we will organise a discount voucher to be sent to you for any further hardware requirements you may have over the summer.

Great customer service
Great customer service and prompt reply on every query. As a business customer, the only thing to be counted is: at the moment of the purchase, I wasn't advised the product was out of stock, so I had a few days delay, which caused me some hassle as I had deadlines to meet. Nothing major, but it's good to be 100% sure before you proceed on order.

Order seemed to be forgotten until 3…
Order seemed to be forgotten until 3 weeks after placing it I emailed a reminder. Upffront then told me that the colour I ordered was not available, so could I accept an alternative? Finally received confirmation of shipment of the new colour a full 4 weeks after I placed the order. Item has still not arrived as I write. Very unusual that Upffront would be so tardy, previous experiences have been very positive and delivery very prompt.

Helpful staff but make sure you know what you are ordering.
All the staff have been very helpful and the product is good, however, supply chain issues (the item took three months to arrive) and initial confusion over the item I wanted caused by incorrect information provided means I cannot give them five stars.

Our aim is to provide the best technical product information because we know information can be quite poor in our industry. In this instance it was two different product drawings with the same product code which lead to the confusion - just shows we need to always be vigilant!
