Been using Upcomers for a while now and honestly it’s been a solid experience so far. The rules are pretty clear and not confusing like some other prop firms. What I like the most is their support team they actually reply fast and help properly.

Still some improvement potential
Upcomers Compliance department rating.
They rejected my payout request without even bothering to let me know why. Just a flat-out rejection. I only found the supposed reason through their support bot. I took the time to analyze and sent them my trade statistics as an excel, coming from their dashboard. Every trade, one line item. I counted two trades below the 2 minute holding time. They count 19.
Guess what? They don’t give a damn. They insist on their counts.
It‘s the same as if I say the sky is green without explanation why I it‘s green.
They want traders with a proper risk management - but it is not allowed to close trades immediately when you see it‘s going wrong.
This rating is NOT for support. They have great people working there and they‘d get a 5/5 from me.
I can give evidence to whom ever is interested, it is my real experience - I can share my trade list from the dashboard and the holding times per trade. See my other reviews - I am not that typical „all is worse“ reviewer. I am just gutted.
By the way: Never increase your lot size of your last trade, even if it is only once and maybe on the next day. This is Martingale strategy. A strategy, stupid!
Update April 27th: It seems to turn out, that the compliance check has been made in a previous account of me. Would at least explain the different counts. Reply from compliance outstanding.
Last and final Update April 27th: Compliance check has been done on the wrong account. Technical connections with unresolved / not finalized processes led to that situation, that my request went wrong.
It has nothing to do with unprofessional people. It turned out, that I was able to use the process as it was not intended and Upcomers will have an eye on this.
Increasing my rating to 4/5, it is not the business model. But cannot be higher, because:
(1)
Upcomers do not communicate - neither about their mistake which happened 2025, nor why they declined the current request.
(2)
Payout request confirmation mails and the dashboard do not have any reference to the account number from where the payout was intended to happen.

Total scam. I made over $3,000 in profit following all rules. As soon as I requested a withdrawal, the admin manually wiped out my profits and reset my account to the initial balance. I have full video evidence of this theft. Do not trust them!"

You already sent me an email admitting that you wiped my ENTIRE $3,147 profit because of a few trades worth only $1.67 and $34. This is financial fraud. I have already provided my video evidence. Do not ask for more 'reviews'—just restore my $3,147 profit and process my payout. My 45,000 followers and Revolut Bank are watching."

After my initial review
After my initial review, I was contacted directly by senior management, and we had a detailed discussion about my case.
I want to acknowledge that the communication was professional, and I appreciate the effort to explain their internal processes. However, despite this escalation, the final outcome remained unchanged — my payout was denied, and the only resolution offered was a $300 goodwill refund.
What became increasingly clear throughout this process is that the decision-making appears to be driven primarily by pattern-based metrics (such as directional ratios and position sizing), rather than a full evaluation of trading context, intent, or structured risk management.
In my case:
• Trades were executed under controlled risk parameters
• Exposure remained within defined limits
• The market conditions were strongly trending, naturally leading to directional concentration
Yet, these factors did not seem to carry meaningful weight in the final decision.
It’s also worth noting that earlier payouts were processed without issue under similar trading behavior. However, as the profit size increased, the scrutiny and reasoning behind the denial appeared to change and become less consistent.
More importantly, the reasoning behind the violation was not consistent throughout the process. It shifted over time and ultimately required escalation to senior management for clarification. This raises a fundamental concern about how clearly these rules are defined and how consistently they are applied.
At this stage, the issue is no longer just about a single payout. It highlights a structural gap between how traders operate in real market conditions and how the system evaluates trading behavior.
A trader can follow a disciplined strategy, manage risk responsibly, generate results, and still face a payout denial based on how patterns are interpreted rather than how trades are actually managed.
It’s also important to note that the payout in question was in the range of several thousand dollars. When comparing the scale of the generated results to the final resolution offered, the gap is difficult to ignore.
While the firm presents this as rule enforcement, from a trader’s perspective, it introduces a level of uncertainty that is difficult to quantify or control.
I was offered $300 as a final resolution. While I recognize this as a gesture, it does not meaningfully reflect the situation or the outcome that was achieved.
For other traders, I would strongly recommend taking the time to fully understand not just the written rules, but how they are interpreted in practice — as the two may not always align.
This is not written out of frustration, but as a factual account of the full process — from trading performance, to escalation, to final resolution.
If the firm is willing to revisit how these cases are evaluated — particularly with more weight on context and consistency — I would still be open to a fair reconsideration.

My experience with Upcomers prop firm
I started trading 1 year ago with my own money since my deposit was so small I couldn't control that much asset in the market so I decided to try a prop firm and I did try few prop firms wich I failed twice but I passed the third prop firm and I did get few payouts but the rules were so hard and complicated to follow so also blew the account that's when I saw an ad for Upcomers at the beginning I thought I was typical prop firm with same old complicated rules but then I joined their Discord community which changed my point of view a lot that's when I decided to purchase one of their plan and I was shocked I bought a 5k ASTRAL funded challenge account for 32$ at the time what shocked my mind are the rules they where so simple stright forward just simple 3 phases which I passed easily. If you are a consistent trader you should definitely try Upcomers you won't regret it
