Positive experience so far.
I purchased my first account in Nov. 2025 and have had a positive experience so far particularly in relation to the customer service. All technical hiccups were resolved promptly and fairly.
The price point is competitive and the rules are clear and the company is transparent with the rules.
I highly recommend familiarising yourself with the rules and if in doubt, reach out to clarify them with the team.
I like the number of assets offered (from FX to indices to commodities and even crypto!) which suits different traders and their varying needs.
My consistency has improved a lot over this time and I am genuinely very happy with the opportunity offered by this prop firm.
I have recommended the company to my friends and look forward to continue my journey with them.

Great support, amazing platform
Had a good experience with Upcomers overall. The platform worked well and did what it needed to do. When a change to their liquidity provider caused issues on my account, the support team handled it properly. No empty promises, no runaround. They were upfront about what they didn't know, offered a concrete solution, and followed through on it. Goutam in particular went out of his way to make an exception for my situation. Not every firm handles problems like this. Recommended.

Really great customer support in Trading not reflecting
Today, I was trading my Astral 3-Step challenge account and on the third phase before I get funded.
After trading and hitting the required daily profit target to count, it didn’t reflect. Honestly I was saddened and had to ask support for assistance as early as 2:00AM
They replied that early and explained to me why my trade didn’t count; mentioning differences in time of their server and MT5. Although I haven’t found a good setup to recover.
But I’m glad their support came through

Upcomers is always evolving for the better
Upcomers is always evolving for the better. Their new recent update for TradeLocker liquidity provider has added a bunch of new pairs to be able to trades with indices and crypto. I have noticed spreads in gold to seem a bit tighter as well. They updated their plans as well to give us more breathing room with drawdown and easier profit targets.
Even though they're a business at the end of the day, they still make changes to help out their traders. Their support is always very helpful and helped me out with a recent issue with my account. They are quick to respond and find a fix for you. Remember to always go thru the FAQ to understand all their rules. They are a unique prop firm intended for very consistency trades

I recently started using Upcomers and so far the experience has been okay. Registration was simple and I’m currently using MT5. Execution has been decent, though spreads can vary at times. I’ve contacted support once and got a helpful response. I haven’t reached payout yet, so I’ll update my review later.

$1.5M 2 Step Phoenix Challenge Customer
This is by far the best prop firm hands down. I say this because of bad experience as a new customer and their resolution team personally contacted me on the phone and were eager to fix everything so fast and not just got it done but also blessed me with a discount.
As far as trading goes I have no issues everything is fast and straight forward on MT5. No lag or slippage. Low spread, working commision. The rules keep you in check I believe they are 100% fair.
How ever I advise you not going over 1% under your daily limit.
This broker has great potential, amazing trading conditions and platform with MT5 specifically.
