am writing regarding the payout review decision on account reference 668321. I would like to formally dispute several elements of this decision and request further clarification before it is treated as final.
First, I am requesting the complete raw trade log for the reviewed period, including timestamps, entry and exit prices, and position sizes for every trade referenced in your findings. I would like to independently verify the calculations behind the excessive combined exposure, position stacking, and single trade concentration figures cited in your review.
Second, regarding the lot sizing finding, my trades on gold ranged from zero point zero one lots up to a maximum of four lots, which is well under half of your published fifty lot limit for commodities. I am requesting clarification on how this qualifies as excessive.
Third, regarding the absence of stop losses on many trades, I am requesting the specific article or clause in your published rules that mandates a stop loss be placed on every trade. If no such explicit requirement exists, I do not believe this can be treated as a rule violation.
Fourth, regarding the Martingale finding on my XAUUSD trades, I want to clarify my reasoning. I trade within the same day, and on occasions where a position moved against me, I continued trading within that day to manage and recover the position rather than closing it as an isolated loss. I do not believe managing a loss within the same trading session is equivalent to a Martingale strategy, and I am requesting clarification on which specific article defines same day loss recovery as a prohibited practice.
Finally, and separately from the trading findings, I am disputing the change to my profit split from one hundred percent to fifty percent. This account was purchased under a one hundred percent profit split arrangement, and applying a permanent fifty percent payout limit appears to alter the commercial terms I originally paid for. I am requesting written confirmation of the specific contractual basis for this change.
I would appreciate a response addressing each of these points individually.This payout denial feels arbitrary and unsupported by the firm’s own published rules. Transparency, fairness, and honoring agreed commercial terms are essential in the prop trading industry. Fake daily downward

Do not be fooled by Upcomers’ slick homepage! Before buying, they promise "No Profit Target," "Unlimited Time," and "90% Profit Split." The moment you pay, you are locked into a post-purchase contract designed to wipe your profits and prevent payouts.

I traded their $50K account (90/10 split) and hit $1,380+ in net profit, only to face total payout rejection through their predatory terms:

1. The Mathematical Payout Trap (0.5% Rule vs. Capped Limits - Sec. 5.12)

The Impossibility: To request a payout, you must trade for at least 5 days and earn a minimum of 0.5% profit ($250) every single day.

The Trap: Even after jumping through these strict hoops and earning thousands, Section 5.12 allows them to arbitrarily change the payout structure and cap your withdrawal at just $500, locking the rest of your funds. You are forced to risk $50,000 just to be allowed to withdraw a fraction of what you earned.

2. Weaponized Terms to Wipe Your Earnings (Sec. 4.11 & 4.13)

They do not warn you while you trade. However, when you request a payout, they perform retroactive checks and label standard trades under 1 minute or normal lot sizes as Tick Scalping or Excessive Exposure.

Under Sections 4.11 & 4.13, they give themselves full power to zero out your legitimate profits ($1,380+ in my case) and reset your account balance to $50,000.

3. Total Exclusion of Liability & Unilateral Termination (Sec. 7.4, 7.5, 8.2 & 8.4)

Zero Liability for Technical Glitches (Sec. 7.4 & 7.5): If server lag, slippage, or platform freezes cause you to lose money, they take zero responsibility. Even if legally proven guilty, their liability is capped strictly at the challenge fee you paid—not your earned profits.

Arbitrary Account Cancellation (Sec. 8.2 & 8.4): They reserve the right to terminate your agreement without giving any reason. If terminated under alleged "violations," all your earned profits are immediately forfeited.

4. Data Exploitation & Jurisdictional Maze (Sec. 3.12 & 9.10)

Free Data Copying (Sec. 3.12): They freely copy and monetize your trading data without paying you a single cent.

Offshore Legal Trap (Sec. 9.10): Registered in Dubai’s IFZA free zone but forcing legal disputes into Czech Republic courts. This structure is specifically set up to make legal action financially impossible for international traders.

Final Verdict: Upcomers sells false simplicity, then uses predatory contract clauses to steal earnings and deny payouts. Stay far away from these scammers!

You buy an account with these guys. Follow all the written rules then you request payout and find out you didn’t have enough shorts so they tell you something like “you broke the rules but as a sign of goodwill we’re gonna pay you” then next time you decide to take more shorts to have a better balanced ratio, then they tell you “too much profit was from longs not enough from shorts.” Upcomers is full of hidden rules they use to block earned payouts. I have traded with several firms and non of which I’ve been denied my payout after being allowed to request.

Be careful with this propfirm. I'm not telling you that you can't get a payout (I had several) or be profitable under this propfirm but it's way harder compared to other propfirms. They have a whole bunch of trading rules in their terms and conditions. Totally fine and kind of common in this field. I had five accounts (profit share actually 90%). All accounts ended up at a 50% profit share because they use their rules howewer they need them to scale down the profit share. In four of the five cases that was totally fine and I definitely didn't stick to their rules. In the fivth case it was the same even if from my perspective I did'nt breached any of their rules. So it's really, really hard to fit into their idea of a good trader.

The next things are the spreads in the markets. These are absolutely insane! :D I've never seen spreads like this before. Actually I'd like to upload some screenshots to give you an idea of it but that's not possible. Quick example: You enter the XAUUSD market with 1 lot and are usually immediately at -40$ to -70$ (depending on the market conditions). So even if your stop loss and the take profit levels are perfect it's not possible to have a "perfect" trade. Your stop loss gets hit way earlier than planed and your take profit way later. That (at least in my case) leads to a lot of trades that I actually don't want to do and can lead to a very high drawdown. With other propfirms/brokers that won't happen that regularly.

Like always be careful. Yes, they are freaking cheap which is nice in the beginning but you probably should look for another propfirm where trading is more fair than here.

After my review here they reached out to me. For my payout request today I actually got the 90% profit share (even if they still found some rules I breached from their persepective). They also made me the offer to get into a special program which should give me a better support in the future. That's a great gesture and I appreciate that.

Anyway I go up from two to four stars now because that's a good customer service which is not something to be taken for granted. But it's also a bit sad that I first have to give a review here to be treated fair. That's the reason I don't go up to five stars.

At first I had problem with them to be honest, but I see they are really trying and working on it. I will tell you my honest experience and than you can go with it if u want.
Firstly I had problems with chat support but then owner himself replied me and sorted the problem. I think they are still young page but on the end of the day what’s most important they are REAL they pay out money and that’s the main thing.

My Experience with Upcomers

The main point of my review is simple, based on my experience, it feels like Upcomers does not want profitable traders to reach the 3rd or 4th payout.

I had already received multiple payouts from Upcomers. I also had three live accounts that were already in significant profit:

$100K — $109,718.02
$100K — $101,454.17
$25K — $34,086.30

That's $20,258.49 in combined profit across the three accounts.

Instead of allowing me to continue through the payout system, my accounts were suspended and I was told that they wanted to move me to an A-book.

This is where my concerns started.

Upcomers promotes a payout structure where traders can progress through multiple payout stages, eventually reaching unlimited withdrawals. But from my experience, the real problem is getting there.

I strongly believe traders should be very cautious about relying on the payout videos and payout proof posted on their social media. Don't assume those videos represent what will happen when you become a consistently profitable trader.

I also personally received an offer from Upcomers to make a video showing proof of my payout in exchange for an evaluation account. This made me question how much of the payout content being promoted is actually representative of the typical trader experience.

Based on my experience, I also have serious concerns about whether Upcomers is financially prepared to handle larger payouts. My personal impression is that they are comfortable with smaller payouts, but when the payout becomes significant, the situation changes. I cannot independently verify their financial capacity, so I am presenting this as my experience and concern not as a proven fact.

I gave Upcomers multiple opportunities to resolve my situation privately. I followed up, waited for promised updates, and remained patient. But my payout is still unresolved and communication has been extremely disappointing.

At this point, I have stopped expecting Upcomers to pay me. I'm done with this prop firm.

My advice to other traders is simple: don't waste your money buying an evaluation here without doing very careful research first. There are other prop firms available, so consider companies with evaluation and payout structures that you believe are realistic and transparent.

I have even seen $1 million+ evaluation accounts advertised on their website, but after my experience, I personally question whether the company can actually support the level of payouts that such accounts could potentially generate.

The biggest lesson I want other traders to take from my experience is this, Don't just ask, “Does this prop firm pay?”

Ask “Will they still pay me when I become consistently profitable and my withdrawal becomes significant?”

Because receiving a small payout is one thing. Being allowed to progress to the 3rd, 4th, and later payouts is another.

Do your own research before purchasing an account. Don't rely solely on payout screenshots, videos, or promotional content.

This is my personal experience with Upcomers, and I'm sharing it because I don't want other traders to learn the same lesson the hard way.

Got my first payout with them with no problem continue trading onto the second stage of my payout, trading the same exact way that I did to receive my first payout, and when it was time to get my second payout they limited my payout to 50% and all future payouts to 50% due to a bunch of small rules they said I had broken that I have never heard of and I did not have one single day in drawdown while working to my second payout, I completed it in five trading days. mind you,. I traded the same exact way for my second payout that I did on my first pay payout and nothing was said. There were rules that I have never even heard of they like saying just because you reached payout stage does not mean you will receive the payout they investigate how profits were generated,. In my opinion, I think that is BS. If they do not like your strategy on how you trade, they will simply deny your payout and there’s nothing you can do about it.

This is one of the worst propfirm ever. I got 2 instant funding account with them and the moment I applied for withdrawal from one of the accounts and both of my accounts were permanently banned, access terminated, and payout declined due to alleged breach of T&Cs (third-party KYC verification/operation).
I have disputed claims, requested evidence (Veriff report, specific facts), and offered live KYC; Upcomers denied disclosure, stating Veriff's finding is final/binding.
I am filing a legal case against them with the authorities. Kindly keep your money safe or look for some genuine prop firms who are completely transparent with the traders.

My experience with Upcomers – be very careful before buying an account

I want to share my experience because I don't want other traders to go through what I went through.

When I reached my first payout, I contacted Upcomers and one of their own team members told me that my payout looked good and should be approved for the full amount. I have the WhatsApp messages and evidence to prove what I was told.

Despite being told this, Upcomers did not pay me the full payout. They only paid me 50%.

I still continued trading with Upcomers and worked towards my second payout.

When I finally reached my second payout, instead of paying me, Upcomers terminated and permanently blocked my account and refused to pay me.

What is most frustrating is that I have the messages from their own team member confirming that my payout looked good and should be approved, yet the outcome was completely different.

I have kept all the WhatsApp messages, emails and evidence relating to what happened.

This has been an extremely disappointing experience. I put in the time, effort and money to reach these payouts, only to have my first payout reduced to 50% and then have my account terminated when I reached my second payout.

Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that anyone considering Upcomers does their research carefully before spending their money.

This is my personal experience, and I am sharing it so other traders can be aware of what happened to me. As its a fully scammed dont go for it.

Worst prop firm I have dealt with. I made around $4,384 profit through what I consider completely normal trading, using relatively small lot sizes and managing positions like a serious trader.

When it was time to withdraw, they rejected everything, deleted all my profits, reset the account, and did not even pay their maximum $500 payout.

Many of these restrictions were not clear enough beforehand. I wasted my time and money for nothing.

Do not deal with them. You are better off burning your money, because here you can lose both your money and your time.

I received 4 payouts processed within 5-6 hrs . Only issue I think is of payout cap but looking at all conditions and trading rules, this is one of the best prop firm !

Ha pasado casi un mes y te estado esperando que estos señores se pusieran en contacto conmigo....con la excusa de revisar mi caso te explican por qué NO PAGAN, y es muy fácil no les gusta que ganes dinero, te aplican reglas como el tick trading....jajaaj o sea que un traders no puede abrir una operación de menos de 2 min por qué su algoritmo lo dice....martingala y otras así, reglas que no vienen en la plataforma y que vienen escondidas en la web, reglas que no son visible cuando firmas el contrato o peor, cuando te venden la cuenta.

Independientemente de eso han intentado ponerse en contacto conmigo para ofrecerme un reset o 250€ de indemnización si no me quejo más... ésta empresa de piratas se piensa que todos somos tontos, he utilizado mi estrategia con un retorno de 8k y uno de 6.5k y me han denegado los dos retiros teniendo el 98% de operaciones con un TP y un SL definidos....
Cuando he pedido responsabilidades, han dejado de contestarme y ya han preferido no decir nada, pero yo estoy aquí para recordarles que son una empresa NO FIABLE.
Cuando trust pilot me pida la documentación para corroborar esto se las enviaré...ya ha intentado upcomers borrar mi opinión y no han podido por qué he presentado toda la documentación requerida por trustpilot demostrando que mienten...

I had a 5 stars review left with Upcomers, as I truly had a great experience with them at first, until I started requesting more payouts. It seems like they hate seeing their top traders winning so they use an evasive tactic. I’ve tried everything I could directly with them but they only seem to ignore and evade my requests, the support team that supposedly “replies within minutes” leaves me on seen for days before just copy pasting their scripted responses. They’ve locked me out of all my accounts for months now after I requested my biggest payout with them, claiming that they are migrating my account to an A-Book environment. The one time they finally responded (which was only because I called them out publicly on their Discord server) they asked me to not trade until the migration is done, and now, after over a month, they deactivated my account due to “inactivity” and refuse to respond to me. From my research, they use this tactic with their top traders, some are waiting over 6 months for this so called “A-Book migration”. This is when I finally realized that I clearly got scammed out of my accounts. In my previous review, which I have removed now, I recommended them with full trust, now, I wouldn’t at all. 2 stars because they were good at first, otherwise I would’ve left a 1 star.

Edit : They stayed in contact with me the first couple of days after I posted this review, promised the fix the issue then proceeded to ignore me for another week. I expected better, but this is their standard apparently, it’s a shame, because the platform itself is good, but what’s the point if you’ll get locked out for being successful.

Upcomers know me well specially in Discord, every member in the server knows that I am a real person with real experience, so now I will tell a complete and true experience of mine in this firm.

First of all, my account is 100k Ash Classic with a Payout Cap of 1k USD for First Payout and requires 20% Best Day Rule so it’s around 5 to 6 days of uniform profit to achieve that, since the payout cap is only 1k USD, I only target 200 USD per day by Using 1 Lot in XAUUSD aiming just 20 pips, I successfully reached the payout stage and it was Fully Approved. But here comes the twist, during may subsequent payout requests with higher payout cap and still using the very same strategy they fully approved before, they just partially approved it saying that my SL is wider than the TP, but take note, Upcomers DON’T HAVE A MANDATORY SL RULE, so basically they cannot use it to deny my payout as I am having SL at the first place which equivalents to their Max Risk per Trade Rule of 3%, I always stay within the Risk Limits but still they denied me of my full rewards without having a Mandatory SL Rule, how you people can expect me to place an SL of 10 pips in Gold while you are having a 6 pip spread? You want me to always lose? I am still open to any negotiation with Upcomers Payout Team, if they can issue my full payout amount, I may edit this review to 5 Stars and continue my journey with them. Now I have a community of 50k plus traders and I will share this to them.
