Total scam
Total scam. I made an inquiry through the AI portal and was sent an email saying that there were rule violations and my payout request was denied and my account closed. Here’s the thing .. it was my first day of trading on the account and I never even requested a payout. It’s clearly a template that is sent to everyone after a payout request so you can absolutely expect to not get paid at all. I requested for my account fee to be refunded but it was also denied. Stay away, there are far better prop firms.

They make no sense at all. They denied my payout for no reason on earth. The rules are hidden — that alone is a massive red flag — but beyond being hidden, they don't even make sense.
Denying a payout because there was no stop loss... shame.
Denying a payout because you stacked multiple buys... shame.
And here's what people don't understand about this industry. If I'm not wrong, only around 3% of traders ever actually receive a payout — that's roughly the number the firms themselves put out. Think about what that means. People buy challenge after challenge and fail. Some pass the challenge, get the funded account, and still fail it and never see a dollar. The ones who actually touch a payout are a tiny percentage. By the time you finally reach the payout phase, you've probably blown 10 accounts to get there.
All that time. All that stress. All that energy. Months of it. And then you arrive — you actually made it — and you get denied over stupid rules that don't make sense and were never shown to you.
That's not an evaluation firm. That's a business built on you never arriving.
I have REPORTED THEM TO STRIPE, their payment gateway, and I advise anyone with the same issue to do the same. Stripe is enabling this company to keep scamming traders

I passed the challenge for $200K and $100K then I passed payout but they rejected my Payout. They said I did 1 tick scalping and opening too many positions. They make whatever excuse they can to refuse the payout. This prop firm is a scam. They away from them.

Stay Away – My Experience with Upcomer
On behalf of myself, my friends, and my family: Upcomer appears to be operating a scam. We all funded accounts. The platform operated normally until the payout request. At that point, Upcomer denied the payout and terminated my account and all related affiliate accounts.
We are initiating chargebacks through our banks. I have preserved all evidence, including proof that Trustpilot has removed a significant number of fake reviews for Upcomer.
I advise others to avoid this company.

Absolutely terrible experience
Absolutely terrible experience. this company stole my money. They advertise one thing, but when it came time to pay out, they claimed I “traded wrong” and kept all of my money without giving me any profit. I completely disagree with their explanation and believe it was just an excuse to avoid paying.
This company seems more interested in taking customers’ money than treating them fairly. I feel misled by their advertising and would never recommend them to anyone. Be very careful before giving them your money, and make sure you understand all of their rules because my experience was extremely disappointing. I’m suing this company don’t use !

Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend Upcomers.
I followed the rules of the challenge and even contacted customer support before completing it to confirm that my account was in good standing. I was told everything was fine. After successfully passing the challenge and becoming eligible for a payout, my withdrawal request was denied for reasons that were not made clear to me.
As a customer, this was extremely frustrating. I relied on the information provided by their support team, invested my time and effort into meeting the challenge requirements, and expected the company to honor what I believed were the agreed-upon terms.
If you’re considering purchasing a challenge from Upcomers, I encourage you to do your own research first. Read recent reviews from multiple sources, ask detailed questions about their payout policies, and make sure you fully understand how they interpret and enforce their rules before spending your money.
My experience has left me feeling disappointed and misled, and I would not personally purchase another challenge from this company. I hope sharing my experience helps others make an informed decision.

Based on my experience so far, I am going to give this 5 star review.
There are lot of positives
- News trading allowed. Not many in the industry allow that and your payout is not ruled out on technicality. It is risky but you are not ruled out on a news that you think has been priced in already
- weekend holding allowed. Not many in the industry allow that either
- Very good prices and flexibility. You could purchase a 500k account and trade it like 300k account
- AI coach. The best. It has already flagged lot of risky things or prohibited things I did in the last few days. So you have feed back loop, you can rely on to improve myself.
- Very good customer support.
Note:
I see lot of negative reviews. I see stacking and no stop losses as complained reasons. Failures are not end of the world. We are not going to be successful traders overnight. Prop firms gives us a chance with minimal registration fee to learn the strategy.
I think this AI coach is one of best things I have seen. It analyses your trade and then suggests positives and negatives. It has already flagged me for stacking, grid behaviour and also for many trades without stop losses. Even if my payout is denied, as long as they point me the reasons and I am not going to change my review.
I am saying this because I can see lot of complains about stacking and stop losses. The truth I realise is that as traders we have to have a sense of market in our own way. Then all these things are about learning discipline to become better. Failures are our best teachers when we don’t blame others and have a victim mindset

I traded two funded accounts (refs…
I traded two funded accounts (refs 588453 and 589893) through June and July 2026: $300k and $1M. Over the period I made +$100,108 and +$68,566, verified to the cent against my exported statements. No daily drawdown or max drawdown breach on either account at any point.
My first payouts were capped by their tier system at $3,000 and $5,000. After a 6 day review, both requests were declined 100%, both account balances were voided back to initial, and a permanent 50% cap was placed on all future payouts on both accounts.
The decision letters are worth reading closely. Both state, four times each, that profit from a prohibited strategy "is deducted from the request." On the $300k account, their own letter attributes $4,839 of my $100,108 profit to a prohibited strategy. The other three flagged categories are attributed net LOSSES totalling $31,940. By their own figures, over $95,000 of profit was clean, against a $3,000 requested payout. They paid $0 and wiped the account.
One category, "Position Stacking," carried 48% of the profit attribution on my $1M account. It does not appear on their published Prohibited Strategies list (help centre article 8703143, checked 30 July 2026).
On 30 July I sent a formal request for the trade level records behind each finding, the definitions applied, and payment of the capped amounts under the standard stated in their own letters. I will update this review with their response.
If you trade here, understand that compliance is assessed at payout time against categories that are not all published, and read your decision letter's arithmetic before accepting it.

Update 31 July: Upcomers has responded below, committing to a detailed response through my support ticket with clarification on the points raised. Noted, and I'll hold them to it here.
For the record, my letter of 30 July asks for exactly two things: (1) payment of the capped first payouts, $3,000 and $5,000, under the deduction standard stated four times in each of their own decision letters, under which, on their own figures, $95,269 and $14,905 of my profit is not attributed to any prohibited strategy; and (2) the trade-level records behind each finding: ticket numbers, opening and closing timestamps, the category assigned to each trade, and the definitions applied, including where "Position Stacking" appears in their published rules list, where it currently does not.
I've requested a substantive response by 13 August and will update this review with whatever arrives, including if nothing does.

Update August 8 2026: Their Compliance team has issued its final response. It concedes my calculation is "arithmetically accurate against the figures in both letters", confirms the category carrying 48% of one account's profit attribution does not appear in the published Prohibited Strategies article, states the payout determination cannot be reduced to a calculation I can replicate, and declines to provide ticket numbers, timestamps, or the definitions applied. The letter directs me to the EU ODR platform, which was discontinued in July 2025, and the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, whose remit covers Czech-established companies; their own legal pages list their entities as UAE, Saint Lucia and Cyprus. Both payouts remain unpaid. Full documentation to follow.

I decided to push through and give it a chance - I figured there'd be way more posts on reddit saying bad things if many thousands of traders aren't getting paid. There's enough reviews to be concerned, but also not as many as I'd expect if it was worse.
I did reach payout target on the 50K account and got a first $500 payout (first one for me ever). They did warn about tick scalping - that they detected this so basically I have to be tighter about not closing trades in under 2 minutes. I did not get flagged for anything else. I do appreciate that it was a warning and not an automatic payout denial.
So I'm glad to have received the payout. And hoping that it will continue fine, it's for sure a bit concerning to see what people are saying, and that's what makes me give 4 starts rather than 5 because it definitely removes some peace of mind and creates uncertainty. If things go fine, I'm open to continue doing new challenges with them but I'll evaluate as I go. Considering I'm already invested, I'm basically taking the route to decide for myself based on my own experience, but will definitely also report if it goes downhill. Genuinely hoping for the best. 🤞

I'm only giving them one star because it's the minimum allowed—even that feels like too much.
As a trader who has passed over 8 rigorous evaluation stages with strict risk management , I am publicly disclosing the details of my dispute with Upcomers. This is a formal warning: Upcomers is a platform you should avoid. Talented traders belong with firms that deserve their trust. After several of my rapid passes (one in under 3 hours), they began obstructing me with unverifiable data:
1. Absurd Violation Classifications: Demonizing Professional Trading
Upcomers' automated risk system has severe logical flaws and lacks human manual review:
The "20-Minute HFT" Lie: The firm claimed 52.5% of my trades were HFT. However, I am a 100% manual trader with holding times often exceeding 20 minutes. When asked for a technical definition of HFT, they cited "proprietary secrets." In any professional field, a 20-minute hold is NOT HFT. This is an excuse to confiscate profits.
Penalizing Trend Following: During market crashes, I took multiple SELL positions—basic market logic. Upcomers flagged this as "One-Sided Betting." They effectively require traders to place "BUY" orders during a crash just to satisfy their system's symmetry, or be disqualified despite being correct.
Scaling-In vs. Martingale: I add to winning positions (Scaling-in) to maximize gains, which is the opposite of Martingale. Their primitive algorithms cannot distinguish the two and refused a manual review of the entry/exit logic.
2. Data Blockage and the "Reset" Trap
The most unprofessional and deceptive aspect of this platform:
Erasing Trade History: Immediately after denying my pass based on their "data," they "Reset" my account. I can no longer view the timestamps or details of my previous evaluation trades.
Refusing Trade Log Exports: They admit to having the data but refuse to provide the specific list of "violation" tickets. They use "Resets" to hide successful data, leaving traders unable to defend themselves. Even if a violation occurred, I should have the right to inspect how and when it happened.
3. "Black Box" Policy: Rules Defined at Discretion
Upcomers stated in emails: "We do not disclose the specific definitions or thresholds for HFT or Quick Strike" (I have email proof). This means rules are retroactive; if they don't want you to pass, you won't.
The Evidence: The exact same strategy was compliant one day and flagged "Ineligible" the next.
Arrogant Attitude: When questioned, they denied changing rules and arrogantly claimed "the rules were always this way" before closing the chat. I have screenshots from two days prior proving these rules did not exist.
The Cost of Naivety: I thought I could overcome anything if the rules were clear, but the black-box evaluations and sudden changes proved me wrong. You get what you pay for; no wonder the fees are so cheap.
4. Technical Sabotage: System Errors for Successful Accounts
When you pass too smoothly, your account suddenly encounters "errors": unable to place/close orders, server disconnections, and "verification failed"—all designed to obstruct your success.
5. Advice to the Trading Community
Upcomers will "change faces" at any moment. They create an illusion of passability, but once you show profitability, they will:
Deny rule changes and blame the trader.
Use "Black Box" algorithms to deny your success.
Reset accounts to block access to your trade history.
Conclusion:
Upcomers refuses to define HFT, refuses manual reviews, and uses account resets and arbitrary rule changes to block traders. Do not waste your time and capital on a platform that ignores trading logic and changes rules at will.
If anyone else is facing the same issue, let's gather the evidence together.

If they truly intended to resolve this, it would have been settled weeks ago. I trust only the facts and the attitude shown in our actual email correspondence, not this public relations performance.

Not a good experience. Please read detailed rules as they have hidden rule which can cause easy breach and you will loose your trading account. Very disappointed to waste my time on this

To be honest with you guys I am personally overly impressed with support of Upcomers. I was not successful with a challenge that I purchased from them but the support took it upon themselves to comfort me and up until they're still checking on me. My only wish for them to switch from EOD to Static mode.
