If I decide to sell more jewelry in the future I will definitely be coming back to them. They received my jewelry on a Friday and I had payment sent on Monday. The process was incredibly simple. I just took pictures of the jewelry, added descriptions based on what I knew (metal type, number of diamonds, etc.), and uploaded an insurance document I had for the rings. Based on that information, they gave me an estimated value right away.
Once I decided to move forward, they sent me a prepaid shipping label. I dropped the package off at FedEx (through my local Walgreens), got a receipt, and the package arrived to them in about two days. Shortly after, they emailed me to confirm they received it and sent a video of the unboxing. I really appreciated this step—they showed everything I sent, weighed the items on a scale, and took measurements. It made the process feel very transparent and trustworthy.
The best part was that the final value actually came in higher than the estimate. My initial estimate was around $900, but after evaluation it came out to about $1,200. There was a $250 service fee that I didn’t fully realize beforehand (I probably should have read the fine print a little more closely), but even after the fee I still received about $1,020, which was more than I expected.
Once I accepted the offer, they sent me a link to enter my bank information, and the money was deposited into my account the next morning. The entire process from submitting my jewelry to receiving payment took less than a week.

This is the second time I've used Unvault and I won't use anyone else. I took the exact same jewelry they gave me $400 for to our local Michelson's jewelers and they offered me only $232 for it. When I told them I already had a $400 offer, they requested through whom and wrote it down in order to give it to the owner Louis Michelson, although I've never learned what they then did with the information. I also have told my sisters about it along with other friends and highly recommend it. Fast, courteous and very professional to say the least.
