I recently worked with Unvault to sell a ring and the process could not have been simpler. I had an estimated value from a local jeweler, so had an idea of what to expect as far as price. They were very competitive and I received the funds quickly. Would definitely recommend their services and will use them again in the future.

This company low balls their evaluations. 1.5 carat diamond necklace. Good condition. $250! After an evaluation of $2.0K-$2.6K. Just to be told $250. They take their cut of $200. I’d get $50 for my diamond. Horrible. They don’t do as they say. They don’t f/u with you. I had to reach out and start the process. Don’t go through the hassle of sending your jewelry just to be low balled. They look reputable but Unvault is not

While skeptical at first, I was pleasantly surprised by how easy and transparent the process was. My original valuation was great but the final one was even higher. I really appreciated the videos showing them unpacking my item and evaluating it - it gave me trust in the process and commitment to true transparency through it all. I especially liked that it was zero risk - if I had rejected the offer, my items would have been shipped right back to me. Great service and I just submitted my next item and it is ready to ship!
