I havent used the service as of yet but my experience thus far has been that the Website indicated a price different than what was charged at checkout! Hopefully this will be resolved quickly.

Low-cost parking, simple to reserve (and pay for) ahead of time on the internet, easy-in and easy-out from I-85 (ATLANTA), no-hassle check-in and checkout at the front desk of hotel (Holiday Inn & Suites North), convenient and secure parking, regular and reliable shuttle transportation to the airport.

I booked extended stay America for Newark airport parking . I had to call multiple times for the shuttle to come . Bad customer service . I was between the Hilton and here . I saw the Hilton shuttle 4 times while I waited for this shuttle . I called and was told it was on the road . Called again and was told the shuttle is at the hotel and is not on the way . Definitely shouldn’t be your choice for parking . I waited over an hour . I ended up having When we called a lady named Dominique kept being super rude to us over the phone and said the manager wasn’t available and hung up . All we wanted was our ride . It’s 8 minutes away from the hotel .

Do not use!!!!!! United airport parking in Chicago did not have on my receipt that they are routes parking. They were rude when we dropped off and the shuttle was few and far between. We had to take an uber to get to the airport. When we picked up our car the employee was beyond nasty. The couple with us had a big scratch on their car. That is not the end when we were over halfway home we got a call they had left another cars key in our car, wanted us to come back. Stay away!!!!!

Park at airport Marriott in Nashville for 3 days, great place to park and saved half of the price where I used to park. The shuttle bus and the driver were great! Thank you....Julie C.

United airport parking is my preferred choice for parking in Nashville when I fly. I have used both hotel parking locations as each offer different benefits. I use the Marriott location if I am flying out after 6am. Their shuttle runs from 4am until 11pm usually on a 30 minute schedule and normally no call needed when you return. I use the Radisson location for flights before 6am, Their shuttle runs 24 hours, however when you return you will need to call the hotel to be picked up at the airport.
Just be mindful that during holidays parking spaces may be scarce and require some walking.
The prices are fantastic only a fraction of the cost of parking at the airport or other park and fly areas.
The online reservation system is easy to use and I have never had any problems with the service. I recommend this parking service.

At the Nashville Marriott my truck was broken into, and I took pains to park it close to the entrance. As far as United Parking goes - it's easy and convenient. It's too bad that this hotel doesn't seem put a priority on security for long term parking.

Needed space to park car. They showed several options. I took the option that best suited me.

I use United Airport Parking for all my trips. They have parking for cruises as well. I appreciate the past purchase feature.

The ability to secure safe airport parking is wonderful. Improving the easy to signing up on their website is needed.

Too far from airport. Two shuttles required. Long line. Not “valet”. Not convenient. Never again.

So easy! and convenient to get to and from the airport!
