Unique Muscle 

Ordered in August last year! Many different excuses as to why order was delayed then offered different flavours, order never sent and they stopped replying to emails. Pathetic way to run a business and money should have been refunded to all customers who made orders you never delivered!! Wouldn’t recommend this company to any one, I have no idea legally how they can take your money and 12 months later still no product or refund!

I ordered in December 2025 and still have not received my order. After a few emails back and forward, assuring that the product would be shipped imminently or there would be a refund, neither of those things have happened. Dont waste your money as you will never get your product..

Ordered in October 2025 and after emailing multiple times and being told there were supply chain issues, I have received no response and no refund. Unbelievable!!!

After previously ordering and evident product through the company. I did so again in September 2025. To date I have not received any product or refund. SCAM!

As per Nathalie Ellison's review, I also placed an order back in September, I ordered their Starter Pack which included 1 pre order product. I had some email correspondence with them and they were good at responding quickly, I ended up changing my entire order to things they had in stock and was last updated on 29th January saying that they were just finishing the batch and have upgraded me to express delivery, it is now 23rd March and their website is deleted and no longer responding to emails. It’s just ridiculous. I spent over $100 on this and they have just taken my money and ran. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered back in September, I ordered 3 pre order products. I have been very patient in waiting but now it’s just ridiculous. They have deleted their website and aren’t responding to emails.
To take money from people and not refund people when you have no idea when the products are coming into stock is ridiculous.
So dissapointed. I have ordered and received from them before and liked the products but this is not ok and this is not how you run a buisness.

I purchased unicorn water the 10th Aug 2025, it's now 2nd Feb 2026 and still don't have my products I paid for!

Customer service is a joke, I constantly had to reach out to them asking where my stuff was and they just kept giving me the run-around with out of stock excuses.

They just took my money and have no intention of sending me what I paid for.

Almost 6 months waiting for my goods with no help from them is disgusting.

I've reached out to them since asking for a refund, and no response.

It’s a great supplement, it really does work! Especially with an exercise plan! Highly recommend to mothers trying to lose that baby weight! The flavours are delicious as well, my personal favourite it watermelon and peach ice tea I started it in 2022. Had to take a break due to pregnancy complications and health complications! Recently getting back into it and I can’t wait 😍

I've been purchasing slim it tea from unique muscle for quite a while and I absolutely love it. The taste is amazing (peach tea) and I truly believe it has helped me loose 25 kgs. I have also tried the cinnamon roll lean up protein powder and found it quite delicious with a great texture as far as protein powders go!
But the thing that impressed me the most about unique muscle is when I reached out for help with a mistake I made after an accidental purchase, they got back to me promptly and were nothing but kind and did all they could to help. The email response I received was lovely and I really appreciated it.
That goes a very long way for me as a customer and I will continue to purchase all my health/weight loss products from unique muscle because they seem to actually care about the people buying there products.

A little goes a long way I ordered watermelon and bubblegum and both tasted great. Took once a day very refreshing so far not sure if helped with my metabolism but did feel like it gave me an energy boost

Great quality products, excellent deals, refreshingly delicious products that work. I'm much more energised and my appetite has shrunk - win, win all round!

I’m not sure if I’m a “super-taster” and I taste things a lot more intensely than others but the Watermelon flavoured Unicorn Water is HORRIBLE. I used the minimum amount of powder in 500mls of water and it smelt weird and was so sickly sweet in a weird way. Of course I thought I’d get over it and didn’t want to waste it so I finished the drink but then dry-heaved after the last sip. I went on to feel nauseous and dizzy for the rest of the day so it looks like that’s $50+ in the bin. I only ever drink plain bottled water and Diet Coke so perhaps I’m just used to a very different kind of sugar alternative taste wise but it doesn’t explain why I felt the way I did afterwards.

Love my Slim It so much I've now started an automatic subscription! I've recommended this to so many friends as a much healthier alternative to adding cordial to their water!! NO!!! Use Slim It! Great tasting, economical and delivered to your door! Just choose a flavour!

Finally i can drink water and am looking for it.
Amazing flavours. My favourite its the peach and watermelon. Also the coffee it tastes exactly the coffe so best idea for Frappe.

I ordered watermelon, iced tea & passionfruit… Im not a water drinker but with a touch of flavour I drank 1.5ltrs in my first day!! I highly recommend the watermelon, it tastes like someone has squeezed a watermelon into the water!! This is my favourite!!
