Unique Fitness Concepts Omdömen

Order took more than 20 days to ship. Rather disappointed in how slow the processing was. The item states 10-15 business days. I reached out to customer service multiple times to be kept apprised on the status, in which they were prompt to respond, but no concrete dates were ever provided.

Purchasing was quick and easy but shipping has been slow and behind what was promised.

They updated my information after ordering and it was helpful.

I was looking for an additional pair of underwater headsets. I knew that they use to be sold with a case to protect them. I found what I was looking for at Unique Fitness Concepts. When I placed my order, within 24 hours I got a shipment notification and they were received within about 4 days of ordering them. They were exactly as advertised and had all the paperwork related to any warranty. Thank you for your quick response to my order and the shipment and tracking information. Highly recommend this company for any future needs.

The staff worked with us to make sure we got what we wanted and took the time to check on the availability of our request.

Seems it took a little longer than stated for item to ship but high demand, very limited stock and covid don't help anything. Great service and communications when I have spoken with anyone.

TKO Cardio Pump Set Exceeded all expectations! Shipping was immediate. Everything arrived as expected. Great quality. I will be ordering again! Thank you!

I'm very happy with my purchase. It is better quality than what I expected. I am also pleased with how quickly it arrived. I plan to do more business with Unique Fitness Concepts.

Excellent transaction! Fast shipping and the item arrived in short order in perfect condition. Great company to do business with!

This bar set is perfect for at home body pump. The rounded triangle plates stay put. The bar itself has padding in the middle so it's really comfortable. I just wish there were more replacement plate options.

Smooth transaction on a hard to find dumbbells.

I have been looking on line and in sporting goods stores for a Body Pump Weight set since my gym closed in March. Everywhere was out of stock. I was thrilled to get this quality weight set within one week of my order and also at a reasonable price. It is perfect for my On Demand Body Pump sessions.

Easy website. Great customer service. Quick and timely delivery. Product exactly as described and expected. Thanks.

LOVE it! Bar and weight set is so much better priced than body pump eqt. Almost identical items and FREE shipping! I would recommend this purchase for anyone wanting quality home equipment during covid quarantines. Thank you!

Ordered for my son at college. Very quick reponse to customer service questions. Delivery was also faster than expected. I hope individual weight plates are available for sale soon, so they can be added to the bar for heavier lifting.

Received my order 2 weeks after placing order which was earlier than I expected since it said 3-4 weeks to ship. Using my weights for Les Mills body pump on demand. Very happy with my purchase, highly recommended!

The website says 3-4 weeks to get your order and I received mine in 2.5 weeks. The price includes free shipping! I called their customer service (which had stellar reviews online) before placing an order for the TKO barbell set and they said their stock order arrives in 2 weeks then they turn the order over quickly to send out to the customer. Everything was exactly as she said. Packaging was very secure. The quality is excellent! The weights have a smooth finish and the barbell has a nice soft lining for better grip. I am very pleased and will order future equipment from them.

My purchase of Powerblock dumbbells was fulfilled in the timeline that was described on their website, 10 working days. Item was shipped fast with no problems.
