Kirk and his team are incredibly helpful in explaining everything and answering all kinds of questions. Our custom UNA arrived in less than 2 weeks and came with all kinds of instructions that were clear and concise. We were able to get our new bank accounts set up with our local bank without issues because the paperwork came all done and well organized. There is so much assistance with the ability to text or email questions with a very timely response. Additionally, there are modules that are informative and the ability to listen at our own pace. And if that is not enough, there are live zoom meetings on Monday nights for listening and learning OR actually ask questions. Questions are answered without hesitation which adds to the "ethical feel" of the entire program and removes apprehension.
