This is new territory for me. I heard my friend Brad Barton last year talking about his experience and I couldn't wrap my mind around the idea. (scared it was too good to be true) My daughter-in-law decided to do the research and she helped me make up my mind. This is so exciting. Such a treasure trove of wisdom and support! I stumbled across unincorporated associationes, and learned all questions are welcome and all answers well researched. The timing could not have been better as a family member was challenging me on not filing taxes, and the first video you offer shows that even IRS agents need to make a decision to serve God or Government. I opted for the full support, and later told some friends in a patriot group, who confessed they had done the same a year ago, and forgot to let us know how well it worked. I'm sharing wherever I know people are seeking answers, and hope that together, we can expose the fraudsters if not imprison them for their decades of deception. Thank you Terri and Kirk for your leadership and for providing a clear pathway to break out of the system!

So blessed I found UNA !! In addition to all of the information, education and daily calls, advisor Mark Johnson has been amazing !! I found out about Unincorporated Associations a little over a year ago. Kirk Carmichael and his team are amazing! I purchased 2 UNA’s and plan on working on these trusts within the next couple weeks. They have questions and answers 6 days a week plus they answer questions via text almost any time of day. When I first inquired they set me up with a zoom call with Mark. He is a true professional and his knowledge is top notch. He is also a customer with Unincorporated Associations and told me his personal experiences as well. I would recommend Mark to anyone interested in this program. He responds to texts on his personal phone and he really wants to help. My only regret is not finding this company sooner. A year and a half ago, my tax bracket changed significantly. I don’t know about you, but I certainly didn’t want to pay all the taxes I was suddenly facing.

I have bought several UNAs from Unincorporated Associations and have sat in every Zoom Q&A call since November 2025. Kirk and his team are authentic, dedicated and are motivated by teaching others to live tax free. This is the solution I was looking for before I invested in a private trust. Had I known about the UNA, I would have done this instead. Listen to the training modules and recorded Zoom calls, attend the Zoom calls, ask questions and jump in with both feet!

Staff are friendly — no complaints there. But before signing anything, I did some homework on the underlying "Revocation of Election" and "tax-exempt UNA" claims, and I'd urge anyone else to do the same before paying. The IRS has publicly warned (IR-2004-42) about groups selling "tax-exempt" entity formation as a way to eliminate income tax liability, and the specific arguments here — that a filing can revoke your obligation to pay income tax, or that forming an association makes you exempt — track almost exactly with categories the IRS's own "frivolous tax arguments" guidance lists as rejected by courts. I'd also note that the "575" tax ID they emphasize is just a standard EIN confirmation notice, not proof of tax-exempt status. I'm not a lawyer, but given how closely this matches long-documented frivolous-argument patterns, I'd want independent advice from a CPA or tax attorney with no stake in the sale before relying on it.
