Hey guys,I found Uniformstandard brand shoes in 2021 and my first pairs of shoes was the Serie 8 Triple Dark Blue.
I felt really special on walking,relaxed,comfortable and clean in those shoes.I found myself in those comfortable shoes,minimalist and good quality what I really wanted.Since then I never want others kind of shoes.I support you and I’am proud to have those pieces of art .

Great products & great service. Bought a couple pair of shoes a year ago. I wasn't happy with one pair, and they exchanged it right away. I have just received my third purchase from Uniform Standard and decided to write a review. Their products are So carefully packed that opening the box is an Experience and shows from the start how much they care about their products and clients. super comfortable looks classy. will definitely be buying again from them...

Customer service is exceptional, with Georgina going out of her way during a busy period to ensure I received my order with a specified time period.

Their trainer quality is superb with a comfortable fit straight out of the box. Looks wise there is only one way to describe them. Understated perfection. Visually they are uncluttered which only heightens their appearance.

These are my second pair and I will definitely be returning for more.

Extremely cool shop. Amazing quality and style. Shoes need some wearing in but that is a reflection of their quality.

I had a great experience with Uniform Standard. My Oliver Cabell sneakers had become a little beaten up, and I wanted to replace them.

I intended to get another pair of OCs, but I read about quality control issues on reddit, and I also saw a lot of scamming online with fake UK stockists.

I decided to look for a UK brand, and came across Uniform Standard.

I initially ordered a pair of 13s after chatting with Stephen and sharing my measurements, but when they arrived they were just too roomy. I emailed Stephen and he said to exchange them for a 12, so I did.

They fit perfectly. They are beautiful shoes. I prefer them to my OCs. The silhouette is beautiful, the leather is amazing, and they're flawless. The packaging is luxurious, and in line with a premium product.

I'm really pleased, and will continue to buy from here.

First - shipping was amazing. Ordered from Ireland on Weds, delivered to my house Friday evening. Fantastic service.

Second - packaging. They really put in the effort on delivering a fab unboxing experience. Super premium, feels like a celebration when you open the box. Love the thoughtful shoe bag and reusable box.

Third - quality. I bought my first Series 1’s last December and wear them 4-5 days a week. They have always been extremely comfortable, look sharp and the flat sole is weirdly grippy. After 12months of near daily wear, they still look good and hold their own and I've ordered 2 more pairs from them subsequently

Great shoes and great service. The Soho store was useful for trying on sizes and seeing the whole range of sneakers. Ordered online, shoes arrived quickly and as expected.

Fantastic quality and feel to their t-shirts (I’ve got about half a dozen now!) and their trainers too. Prompt deliveries and great customer service!

I bought a pair of Series 1 Triple White trainers. I absolutely love them, the design is simple and elegant which is just what I was looking for. They are super comfy already and given the clearly great quality leather I expect them to get even more comfy. I'd contacted them as I wasn't sure about sizing and Georgina was super helpful, but I decided to go into the shop in Soho to try them on. I'm usually a 10, but that was just a little too small in the length so went for an 11. I had them delivered, which was super quick. The packaging was really a nice surprise and went along with the premium feel of the trainers, high end box, tissue paper and a cotton bag, plus an explanation of the brand. The whole experience was really good. Will definitely buy again.

Never had heard of the brand, walked into their Soho store last week and checked out a few things. It's been a few days with T's and a pair of Series 1. I'm converted. Super good quality and damn fair for £. Hope these folk continue on to big things - big fan!

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing new Sneakers from the team @ Uniform Standard, from entering the showroom to collecting the items the service has been incredible. The Sneakers are comfortable, classy and timeless in design. It was great to meet the founders who spoke so passionately about the brand and quality of the products - even got to have cheeky Campari with the team too.

First of all - respect to Stephen for getting into a dialogue with me. Unfortunaly no acceptable solution was made.

Ordered a pair of Series 1 Sneakers in size 43 that caused a Big blister on my Heel on The right foot After 6 hours of use (with normal socks). There is absolutely No padding in The Heel of their Series 1 Sneakers which I personally think is a clear fault of The Product.

Many of the images on SoMe for this Series 1 Sneakers are showed with persons that are barefooted - that will not be possible in the real World unless you have feets of solid Steel.

Update 10.11.2023:
Another Co-Founder of Uniform Standard contacted me and claimed there is 3 sponges in The Heel of my Shoe - I can Only see and feel 1 sponge. When I asked for some proof and a technical Drawing I was cut off - that seems very serious.

Stephen: Your size chart is rubbish and you know it - when I measured my Inner bed on Length I was size 40 and width size 46. Afterwards you want to conclude I have some Unicorn foot-shape. Not true!

Please enlight me whether your shoes can be worn barefooted? None of The co-Founders have giving me an answer on that. Maybe I am right?

I wanted to share my blister situation on day 2 with a Photo, but That’s not acceptable on Trustpilot. Hopefully I can with this review prevent other customers to end in the same situation as me and with a manufacturer that takes No responsibility What so ever who just a sticking to standard answers.

My Series 1 shoes are beautiful! Simple, sleek design, and quality leather and workmanship. But it isn't just the shoes - the company has a really personal and connected feel. One can sense that a lot of thought and care goes into the products, and that Georgina and her partners really want their customers to be happy and love their purchases.

The product is great but the refund charges are far too expensive given there are no actual shops in London. They also come up too small so it is difficult to know which size to buy. With the lack of a shop it is luck of the draw whether they will fit or not considering they don't fit like regular sizes. Therefore if you don't like or don't fit into the shoe you are left with extortionate return fees to send it back. Any online brand without a shop (most do this already) should give you free return fees. I'll not be shopping with them again for this reason.

Stephen was of great help! I can't stress enough how this company went above and beyond to address my concern. They listened and provided a solution immediately. I was complaining about my first Uniform shoes and that the stitching was a bit off. Stephen called me and was even kind enough to accommodate my availability even though it's outside working hours. He listened and patiently explained the possible issues. They also arranged a free express return and promised to look into the problem. They decided to send me a new pair of shoes, despite having no issues with the first pair, making sure I will not have any more discomfort/problems in the future. The new pair arrived today, via express too, and all in good shape! I am truly grateful of how this company handled my concern very well. It is very reassuring knowing that the company you support is ready to listen and will willingly sit down to address any issues. Aside from their remarkable customer service, the shoes are excellent. Design and quality wise, I will confidently say it's top-tier. I wear it 3-5 times a week and I love it! It goes well with my dresses and even with my sportswear. It might take a couple of wears before your feet adjust to the shoes but when the leather loosen up, you just can't stop wearing it! Thank you again for you superb customer service, Uniform. I'll surely follow the care guide you provided diligently.

I have several pairs of shoes from Uniform Standard and I love them. They are high quality and look great! Plus the customer service is brilliant; they always respond quickly to any query and are just generally nice to deal with! Georgina in particular really helped me out recently. Basically - buy these shoes, you won’t regret it!
