My understood care agent (Angela) is very knowledgeable and helpful to the things that are important. And she works on trying to accommodate you with your needs. I truly appreciate everything that she does to help me.

I call my specialist my bulldog! She gets the job done. I have enjoyed working with her. Heidi your the best!!!

Rachel has been such a godsend she has been doing so much work to try to get this work to start I think people are just holding her back to have it started I don't know what's going on right now but I'm sure she'll make it go it's very kind and it's too bad that I can't meet her thank you

Wow, I always look forward to hearing from her, always on track, helping to prepare me for a important meeting, or overcoming a day to day obstacle. I was wondering what the heck I would do with out her, so helpful

My Advocate, Monnae has been very mindful and helpful with my situation. When she sends me resources she checks with me to find out how it went. She continues to reach out to me with other resources. I am thankful to have her to help me as I am a Senior and no longer employed.

My medical advocate, Heidi Forkner has helped me so much as I am disabled. I don't know what I would do without or now. With what I've learned, life surveys gotten easy, but I couldn't do it without her.

I rate the company high due to my 1st advocate who was on top of things with me before she was replaced and this other advocate didn't seem to know what she was really doing and the most annoying part was the smoke alarm low battery going off in the background was just so loud and her insiuating that l was having issues when she was the one who was sending me the email without the form or the link attached and insisting she sent it, it was just an unprofessional way to deal with someone who you are supposed to be helping so hopefully the next advocate will be better than the previous one.

I don't have enough space to describe what a blessing UNDERSTOOD CARE has been for me. My advocate, Heidi quickly and respectfully developed a relationship with me that I was able to trust her with my life. She helped me through a dark and frightening situation. She gave me options from her huge directory of resources I didn't know were available to me. She believed in me at time when I couldn't believe in myself and with her constant encouragement and support I'm at a much happier, healthier place today. She was sent from above to be my personal angel.

I was very fortunate to have Talisha Williams as my advocate. She was extremely professional knowledgeable and kind. She went above and beyond so many times this past month it would be hard to pick just one. She was punctual and made herself available until tasks were completed. Most of all she was wonderful to talk with, giving great advice, kind suggestions and words of comfort during an already stressful time, she made me feel important.

Yvette has been very good at exploring my options and keeping me informed of her findings. She is always polite and pleasant when we talk.
