Haven't heard from her since the 27th. !

My first advocate was not qualified to help me and accomplished nothing. I wasted a lot of time with this first advocate. She was nice but that was it. I complained so then they matched me with some one who was qualified but lazy and tried to get me to do her job. That was it. I sent am email to the person in charge and terminated service with them. I am now with a new advocate company and they are very qualified and fighting for me and finding providers who actually care and will treat my serious medical conditions.

Most was my fault, my iPhone is not working properly and probably affected the issue.
Although I mentioned that my phone was not functioning correctly and a text to prepare would’ve been good. Oh well

My advocate was patient, knowledgeable, and helpful.

They haven't done anything for me but sent me text messages saying she going to call and never does so I feel like this is a scam because I'm still paying rent somewhere I don't want to be that's not safe I have gotten no help at all absolutely nothing at all. Scam and waste of time

Who knew there was an advocate like Understood Care! I have the pleasure of working with Emberly through one of the most difficult times our family has encountered. She is caring and compassionate, but clearly on our side to ensure our mom gets the care and service she needs. It’s still hard to believe that Understood Care is a service available to us. Jasmine has been an amazing help. I've never been in my current siin my life and am having trouble adjusting and accepting my new challenges. Jasmine has been not only helpful with information, but also supportive and encouraging.

My Advocate, Olivia listens, is great to talk to. Is very understanding and compassionate. Explains what she is going to do to assist in your specific situation. The Dr. that spoke to me at first was very nice and cared about my situation.
