We loved the work from James & Richard to transform our staircase beyond my wildest dreams. From start to finish, their professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to excellence were truly remarkable.

Right from our initial consultation, Richard patiently listened to my ideas, offered insightful suggestions, and collaborated closely to ensure every detail was aligned with my expectations.

Their expertise and creative input were invaluable in refining my plans and making them even better.

The project timeline they provided was not only met but exceeded. We spoke around 2-weeks ago and yestersday James for the whole day to complete the installation. Each phase of the project was meticulously planned and executed, showcasing their deep understanding of the craft and their commitment to delivering a flawless outcome.

The quality of workmanship was exceptional. From the foundational work to the intricate finishing touches, every aspect of the project was executed with precision and care. The materials used were of the highest quality, and it's evident that they take immense pride in their work. The attention to detail was evident in the seamless joints, flawless paintwork, and overall impeccable craftsmanship.

Love my new understairs Storage. Thank you Richard + James

Absolutely brilliant job carried out! I loved the storage space and the whole look and feel of the product! Totally worth the money spent and highly recommend to others!

Sincere thanks to Richard and our installer James. The service we received from initial contact to completed installation was second to none. The care and attention to detail was first class and the quality of the product is excellent. We would have no hesitation in recommending Under Stairs Storage to anyone.

Under stairs storage fitted today, very happy with the end result. Very professional service from start to finish. Cannot recommended this company enough. Excellent in every way

After much research and toing/froing with several suppliers in this field I plumped for USS even though they were the most expensive. Richard has a very convincing sales patter (but never oppressive or pushy)! The drawers and tallboy were built on site by James who worked a very long day to get it finished. The whole storage system looks fantastic and the drawers are enormous! There were a couple of issues arising from the weight of drawer contents, and a screw pushing through from inside one drawer, but these were all corrected when James was next in the area.
Happy to recommend!

Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Under Stairs Storage Ltd, Very efficient right from the start - excellent advice and help from Richard and excellent installation by James. Absolutely delighted with the whole process and especially the end result.

Excellent planning and prompt one day fitting.
Quality is excellent

We had previously had a bad experience with a fitter who used cheap wood and poor finish and produced a complete eyesore under the stairs. We had the whole thing taken out and fortunately, found Richard's company on the internet. What a difference! Richard was really informative and helpful and recognised that we'd been badly 'burned' and needed help. James fitted our new storage and worked diligently and professionally all day until it was finished. It turned out to be a really excellent, first class product and service. Don't mess with the rest, choose the best!

All done to a high quality and in just one day! This will make a huge impact to our home and the extra storage utilisation it will give our family. Many thanks to Richard and James.

Great communication from initial query through to a checkup call after installation.

Installers were professional and friendly, with the minimum of interruption to me as I worked in the next room.

Would heartily recommend.

You get what you pay for! High quality materials and high quality fitting also.
Richard's communication was great and James the fitter was polite, efficient and kept the area clean.
Would definitely recommend.

Very pleased with the product and staff helpful and kept me informed. The installer was polite and efficient.

Excellent company - they did an amazing job! The drawers were much deeper than I expected, and held so much! No wasted space at all. Communication was brilliant, a really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful team! Would definitely recommend!

Excellent product, really pleased. The installation chap was top qulity and the installation and finish is all we wished for - and more.

Excellent company from start to finish. Brilliant customer service with clear explanations, costing and cupboard/drawer options helping us decide on what worked best for us. Spent a couple of months deciding and then they were happy to pick up where we left off and fit us in with a quick turn around time. Fitter was tidy, polite and got on with the job. Great finish and we are so happy we finally decided to go ahead and choose this company.

Richard responded really promptly to my enquiry and was super communicative and helpful in explaining possibilities and discussing design options to meet my requirements. After a couple of days of discussions the agreed solution was drawn up and costed.

One month later it was installed by James. It was a long hard day with a lot of work cutting and fixing to build the unit and make up and fit the drawers to use every inch of space available. Attention was also paid to the finish and give me an end result that was everything I could have hoped for.

Job well done - thank you so much.

simple order , prompt delivery good workmanship all stress free

Richard has been amazing from start to finish in accommodating our needs and helping us get past the many set backs we had which arose as we started the project. Issues thrown up with the layout of our house and the fitter worked his socks off to get it completed . Brilliant result from what turned out to be a challenging fit out all taken in their stride.

Much appreciated the kindness and help. Good customer service as well as tailor made designs. The carpenter did a great job too and kept my place clean and tidy after work. Very good.
