Working with Unbound Academy has been one of the best investments I’ve made in myself. They met me exactly where I was, helped me clarify my goals, and then guided me in building systems to actually reach them. What I appreciated most is that it never felt like a cookie cutter program - they pulled from a wide range of tools and tailored the coaching to fit me. The experience was also driven from a place of caring.

For me, the biggest breakthrough was around creating identities that aligned with the person I want to become. It would not be an exaggeration to say that the work I did with my breathwork coach at Unbound was life-changing.

Before working with my coach, I had dabbled with breathwork but was confused about direction and inconsistent with my practice. My breathwork coach educated me on the Oxygen Advantage system and motivated me to stick with the protocol long enough to feel its impact.

After three weeks of consistent work, my BOLT score increased, demonstrating greater parasympathetic capacity. While this measurable result was significant, my lived experience is even more important to me.

Breathwork has transformed my sleep. Before working with my coach, it would take me a long time to fall asleep at the beginning of the night, and I could be up for hours if I woke during the night.

The tools my coach encouraged me to practice relax my nervous system and help me fall asleep quicker, both at the beginning of the night and when I wake up in the middle of the night.

They are also more potent than anything I’ve encountered for dealing with family stressors and other external stressors. Based on my experience thus far, I am very excited about the long-term prospects of this work for overall physical health.

In addition to practicing breathwork during rest, my coach encouraged me to use the breathing techniques during movement.

Practicing the tools during exercise has been a pleasurable challenge. As a result of the work, I feel more space inside for breathing, and my endurance in both skiing and dance is improving.
