Ordered the 250 anniversary ball cap

Ordered the 250 anniversary ball cap. Very delayed, so sent an email to their customer support address given in the site. No reply. Sent at least 6 emails. Never a response. Then all of a sudden tracking says it was delivered. It wasn't. Never received. No communication. Learned my lesson. Never again. Beware!!

Beware.

The hat I ordered has not been delivered. It has been a month. I won't be ordering from this company again. This was a gift, they have been watching for it to be delivered. If I can I will cancel this order. Buyer beware. I wish I had looked more into it.

Great company to work with!

I ordered the 250th anniversary’s commemorative license plate holder and it is beautiful. Umlove was wonderful about responding to inquiries about my order and I highly recommend them for your purchases.

I had some problems with the delivery…

I had some problems with the delivery of my package. Since it came from over seas there was a mix up on the package coming to the USA. I couldn't do anything on my end. So I had the sender check into it. they were able to find out what went wrong and got it straightened out. I did finally get the package and was very satisfied with my order. I really thank them for helping me get the package.

Completely satisfied

It was great in that it finally arrived in time for the 250th. It did take a long time to arrive but when it did everything was in good working order. I was completely satisfied. The best thing about it was the customer service. Staff was very helpful and kind and kept me informed of the shipment progress. All and all I am very satisfied. Thank you.

Ordered a basic baseball hat on May 17

Ordered a basic baseball hat on May 17. Took 3 week to get to the usa. Been in customs for over a week. Starting to think we lost our $40.

I hit 1 star because 0 wasn’t an option. This company is the worse ever. My husband ordered 5 commemorative caps and this company took his money and never sent him his order. They claim they sent it twice, which is a lie because we never received anything. They need to be put out of business. I told my husband not to trust it, and unfortunately I was right!!!!

1776-2026 Commerative cap

I have never ordered from Umlovegift before and Charlotte, one of the representatives was wonderful in helping me through the ordering process. I ordered a cap and Charlotte assisted me throughout the process.
