This place is a scam do not order anything from there.

I don’t know if this is the same as umlovegift.com. If it is, I received a confirmation email and never received my ornaments. I received no response to any of my emails.

Ordered a memorial gift, recieved an email to confirm the order, then no more contact, never recieved the item, did not answer to any email I sent either via email or Facebook. Avoid at all costs...absolute scam company in my honest opinion.

Father's day gift ordered weeks ago. Don't reply to my messages. Massive scam and fraudsters

Ordered 2 Nativity pcs back in January 2022, it's July 2022 and still no items delivered! Called, emailed, stood on my head, they don't respond, have no answers, terrible communication, no customer service, and liars behind the facade of being a religious shop that also AKA by the name St Jude Shop!!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM! BEWARE! ORDER ELSEWHERE! READ REVIEWS!!!!

This is the worst site ever seen!
Horrible, they take nearly months to process with your order. If you choose to cancel, they don't refund back.
Now their site isn't available.
They don't respond to mails or messages.
Hope they refund my money back.

With immediate action I need the refund and as well as the compensation for the chaos and sadness you caused. Otherwise i will definitely move for legal action. I have saved all the chats from your customer executive.

Its not for this money. But for the injustice caused i will do the necessary action.
Also i will make sure none of my friends will use this website in future. i will also make sure in all the possible customer review places /social networking places i will mention this "WORST" experience which happened.

I live in Bangalore and sent gift in Mumbai. I wanted to order a sugar-free cake for my mother-in-law for her birthday as she is diabetic. This was the only site which provided me with the option of half Kg sugar-free cake. I ordered a combo of flowers and cake a day before. Its total cost was 910 Rs. While doing the transaction my money got deducted from bank and after that the session expired because of which I didnt receive the Order number. I called the customer care and they were quite helpful. They assured me that my transaction was completed and the gift will be delivered.

And so did the gift arrive the next day, on time [ I chose Normal delivery time is. 9AM-7PM] and it reached home at 2PM. It was a lovely surprise for her. And she relished the cake as it was sugar-free :)
