5 Stars. This the most beautiful watch I haver ever purchased. I asked UmbraNoctis to expedite the shipping and it arrived in 3 weeks which is pretty quick due to these custom designs. I'm usually skeptical buying from small watch brands but for the price, quality, and great customer service this is an amazing watch. I'm a business owner myself and i rarely leave 5 stars for basically anything so would highly recommend them!!!

Too long and too little quality but with a swift and professional support
It took way too long to get the Clock and i had to keep reminding Umbra about it. My family was sure that they had taken the money and run. I also found the clock box it came in was very low budget without logo or any proof of purchase/Info.
It was a Christmas present for my son and he has not been kind about this.
Update:
After a swift reply from their support team today, we got a good explanation and they will also send a proper box to us 🙂👍

Above & Beyond Customer Service
I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible customer service I received throughout my purchase! I ordered a watch for my boyfriend’s birthday, but I wasn’t sure if it would arrive in time. From the very start, Matthias was beyond helpful—so kind, understanding, and genuinely invested in making sure everything worked out.
What stood out the most was how natural and human the entire experience felt. Matthias didn’t just follow a script or give generic responses—every message was thoughtful, understanding, and full of care. I felt like I was talking to someone who truly wanted to help, which made all the difference.
Not only did they provide updates and reassurance, but they also went the extra mile to offered to change the shipping address since I wouldn’t be able to bring it on the plane when I visit him soon(we’re long-distance!). I even offered to pay for special shipping, but they already handle with care.
On top of the incredible service, I know the watch itself will be just as special. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are evident, and I’m so excited for my boyfriend to receive it.
It’s rare to find a company that treats customers with such warmth and sincerity. Matthias, thank you for your kindness, patience, and for making this such a stress-free and joyful experience.
