I wouldn't have had to wait almost TWO weeks to get my Emerge Air Gun! Why would someone put the Primary box inside a secondary with ONLY a single piece of paper as a cushion?? When my first shipment arrived, the primary box was just bouncing/sloshing around... The REASON my Item was damaged, hence a MAJOR preventable issue. ALL shippers DO NOT handle packages like cartons of eggs. You asked I spoke. I really do like my new Emerge however, a little bit heavy. I would rate it a 9 out of 10. Thx. Mr Ken Aspen

Return procedure is outdated
The barrel to the co2 bb gun i purchased was not .177 and in attempting to dislodge a bb from the barrel the very first time the bb gun was fired I pushed the barrel fully out of the shroud. The return process was needlessly complicated. I did not return the product and have fixed the product myself.
Consider emailing a code to the email attached to the purchase instead of requiring people to print and fill out a physical form. If you can look up a purchase by name and area code you can see all of my order information.

My first air-gun
My first air-gun. Love the tech. Break barrel is just fine for a shooter. Once you get sights zeroed you got it whooped. Just getting there with that scope is difficult though. The price point got me started. Now I'm hooked. I enjoy shooting/plinking. The rifle itself is strong.
Having go to website for lube is a pain to just get started. Thought everything would be included in box. No cleaning anything in box. AKA Rod/fluid. Need this according to instructions before firing rifle first time

So I ordered the Glock 34 Co2 deluxe…
So I ordered the Glock 34 Co2 deluxe version. As soon as I opened the box from FedEx I saw that I didn't receive what I ordered. I got the cheap made Green gas version. I called customer support they told me that it was labeled wrong on their website(and it still is 2 weeks later) and that I could return it. I had to go to the post office and spend 20 dollars to send it back. ANYWHERE ELSE would have immediately sent a return label for free shipping and offered to refund my whole order or send me the correct item. I missed out on some events that I prepaid for because of this. I'm still waiting for my money back. RESPONSE: I was looking for that exact model and that's exactly what UMAREX told me I was getting, if something is discontinued then you shouldn't have it on your as In Stock. I have the email where Umarex told me they were shipping my Glock 34 Deluxe Co2 version. That's why Umarex owes me a full refund because Umarex is 100% st fault for posting that item as in stock (when its actually discontinued) on your website its finally changed ,but the picture is still of the Co2 version. It was marked as the Co2 version I've owned it before and I DO NOT BUY green gas powered guns. I even have the email where it says my glock 34 Co2 has been shipped. The guy from technical department even said that Umarex had it marked as the deluxe Co2 version and that Umarex was entirely at fault. It's changed NOW but when I made the post it was not. I'm not here to argue, just to state facts. I'm completely annoyed that ANY OTHER BUSINESS would have immediately offered to have the wrong item shipped back for FREE, but instead I had to go to the USPS and pay for shipping for UMAREX'S mess up. I can't believe that UMAREX is trying to make it look like I ordered the wrong item. I'm just glad that me complaining finally got UMAREX to change it to the correct item so that nobody else has to go through this same mess up. My fellow airsofters and I are going to Evike have a great day baby!

It sounds like you were looking for the discontinued GLOCK 34 Gen 4 Deluxe (2276315). We've not had this version in stock for quite some time as of this posting.
The version you ordered, 2276373, Is the only version of the Model 34 that is available on our website and has been the only version available for all of 2026. Another indication that you recieved exactly what you ordered is the Duluxe version has an MSRP of $299.99. The gun you ordered, 2276373, has an MSRP of $189.99. You applied a discount code and recieved free shipping and checked out at $174.75. The Deluxe version (2276315) was never clearanced or sold below its minimum advertised price.

I bought two MP5 BB guns both of them…
I bought two MP5 BB guns both of them are not chambering around or dry firing, I sent one off in the warranty waiting to get it back before I send the second one in on warranty.
I oiled everything according to the manual.
Started dry firing or not chambering the round on the second or third magazine.
Using HORNADY .177 BLACK AIRGUN STEEL BBs.
Using RWS Oil.
Using UX 12G CO2 CYLINDER
