Make sure the follower is releasing from the locked position that holds it down when loading. You will just need to bump the bottom of the follower with your finger as it extends from the base of the magazine.

Umarex warranty run around for Canadians
Headline: 5 Stars for Bass Pro, 0 Stars for Umarex Support (Canada)If you live in Canada, be very careful buying Umarex. I bought a Komplete PCP from Bass Pro in Ontario and found a cracked scope. Following the manual, I called Umarex, only to be told they "don't ship to Canada."The agent then sent me an internal memo—likely by mistake—instructing staff to push warranty claims back to the retailer, even though their own manual explicitly says "DO NOT RETURN TO STORE." To make it worse, the Canadian repair company they referred me to is out of business and the phone number is disconnected. It was a total run-around.The Bottom Line: Umarex’s warranty process for Canadians is broken and outdated. Huge thanks to Bass Pro Shops for stepping up and replacing the scope themselves. They saved the day, but I won't be buying Umarex again.

I cannot believe how well built this is.…
I cannot believe how well built this gun is, I have a hard time telling the difference from my Glock 17. This is quality made and engineering. This shoots well and is fun for jor practice.
I just hope some young kid gets in trouble with one of these, they are so realistic!
