Prompt responses to emails and phone calls. Jason was very knowledgeable about the product. Dustin called to make sure we would have an easy time receiving the cleaner (we don't have a loading dock, needed a truck with a gate). It was an all around pleasant experience.

Product came well packaged and was easy to put together. The mild detergent did not really work to the standard that I thought it would, so I ordered the medium detergent which worked better. The items are clean but did not come out shiny like the product states.
