Placed an order when I received the order it was the wrong product. I returned the product and got the replacement of the right product.. the only issue I had was the wait for the correct product I ordered. After returning the product and the wait to get the right one took longer then I wanted it to. They sent the wrong product faster.. it was more of a wait for the correct one

I bought the plug and play flashing unit for my 2020 Chevy Silverado; installation was easy, but not impressed with the flashing patterns. I liked the previous model that I purchased that plugged into the computer port. It was for my 2009 Silverado; I liked using my computer to program the flashing unit.

The Z-Flash BCM For GM With Headlight Flasher has six flash patterns that can be used in both park and while in motion. The Dip Switches on the module can also be used to turn on/off the headlights and the reverse lights.

Was skeptic at first but when I got it and installed in my 2022 Ram 3500 my hands went up and a big smile on my face now everyone will see me when I’m plowing the roads and driveways! The best product out there just plug n play!

Kinda hard to rate…I like the product. Have 2. Trying to fit the wiring harness in my F350 BCM panel was a nightmare. Absolutely zero helpful anything from UBL. They just stated that “thousands” have done it, but then ignored my request for examples or help. Not the kind of customer service experience I want to support going forward.

I am sorry to hear that you could not get an answer to your question, but I took a look at our system, and I was unable to find the email address that you used at checkout or the phone number that was used at checkout in our system. Was a different email address or phone number used when you contacted us? You also mentioned that you have two modules, but our system shows that you have only purchased one from us. Was the second one purchased from a different company? We always make sure that our customers receive the answers to their questions. I will have someone reach out to you.
