Olena and Angela were outstanding! Their customer service was 10/10.
From start to end, they absolutely delivered a gorgeous chocolate hamper to my husband's hotel.
It was so easy to chat online; it was like they were my friends.
I pray and hope one day this war ends for the sake of everyone and my husband, who has worked in Ukraine to help fight the war.

Everything was perfect, though you might have said, initially, that the flowers were delivered to someone to give to my friend. I mean it was just a little bit nerve wracking, why the flowers were delivered to someone else.
But, basically it all worked out great.

Just to clarify the delivery process: the recipient herself instructed us to change the delivery address to her home in the suburbs outside of Odesa. Because the delivery was performed as soon as possible, we handled the change immediately to fulfill her request.
As her new address is in a more remote area, and due to safety concerns and possible blackouts, all such deliveries must be completed during daytime hours. We also did not charge any additional fee for delivering to this remote location.
We completely understand how hearing that the flowers were handed to someone else first could feel confusing, and we will make sure to communicate these details more clearly in the future.
Thank you again for your trust — we’re very happy your friend received your beautiful bouquet, and we’re always here whenever you need us. 💛🌸

This is a very good way to send gifts to loved ones in Ukraine from abroad. The ordering process was very easy and they delivered very quickly. The flowers were beautiful although it was not obvious that the bouquet was the upgraded one which I had ordered.
I do question the delivery charge which I thought was quite high.
