The website was easy to navigate and…disappointing delivery time.
The website was easy to navigate and very user friendly. The flowers were beautiful, but not exactly the colors that were requested.
The disappointing part was the delivery. I intentionally ordered the flowers a week in advance (February 11) of the specified delivery date (a 40th birthday on February 17) to give plenty of notice. The address and delivery date were even confirmed with the receiver. Sadly, at 1700 on the delivery date, the flowers had not yet been delivered. My daughter, the receiver contacted the person who confirmed the address/date and then the flowers were delivered 2 hours later after 1900. My daughter was not home to receive the flowers, so they were left with the concierge at her apartment, and she didn't get the flowers until the next day (February 18), a day after her birthday.
It all made us wonder if the flower shop had forgotten about the order until my daughter contacted them.
It was not a very nice surprise for her special birthday after all

Your order was delivered on February 17th, as requested. Due to severe frost and icy road conditions in Kyiv that day, there were significant citywide traffic disruptions which affected delivery timing across the city.
At 4:00 PM, our courier contacted your daughter to confirm delivery between 6:00 and 8:00 PM. At that point, the courier was confident the delivery could be completed within that time window. Your daughter informed us that she was leaving for a restaurant and requested that the bouquet be left with the concierge instead. We followed her instructions accordingly and completed the delivery within the agreed time frame.
Once an order has been delivered and accepted at the recipient’s requested location (such as concierge or security), the delivery is considered successfully completed. The timing of when the recipient personally collects the gift afterward is outside our control and responsibility.
We appreciate your understanding, and our team is always happy to coordinate delivery according to the recipient’s preferences to ensure a smooth and successful completion.

Best for gifting to Ukraine
They make it very easy for me to send gifts to my friends in Ukraine and give them some much needed happiness. Deliveries are on time even during such a crisis. I'd understand some delays, but they always deliver by the requested dates. Plenty of options of gifts at all price ranges making each gift feel tailored and all of the gifts my friends received have been high quality. When I have a question customer service responds fast and with all the information I need.

Awful service. Works with huge delays. First time gift was delivered to the wrong person. Heavily overpriced. Fancy wrapping was just a ribbon.(But cost was $12 at the order and should look like a gift box). Chocolate was very cheap.(Just $2.5 at local stores)

The customer was informed that due to a slight mix-up with the recipient’s phone number, the delivery was made one day later than originally planned.
Gift wrapping was provided complimentary. All items were delivered as ordered, and delivery photos were provided to the customer.

I found this website through a friend and I'm so relieved to know that this team exists.
