In short, super quick in hindsight, good comms (a follow up note) and the assurance of a 'proper' setup in the background that provides me the right assurances of security etc - gained from the security protocols to set up an account.

Frustrating lack of communication and no contact number.
This company on face value seem to offer a great service but there are a baffling number of options and no easy way of contacting them to discuss. Responses are slow and they have really put me on the back foot with finalising my move with it taking hours/days to get any information, and still no clarity. It’s bizarre that there’s no contact number to call them on. Frustrating.
UPDATE: following this review UKPostbox have been fantastic at following up by phone & email and assisting me with setting up the correct service for my needs. Therefore, while initial communication with customer service was poor, am upgrading this review to 4 stars thanks to recent experience with the business team who have been excellent.

Be careful.
Someone is thief in this company at this address.
Believing this company I had sent my EE parcel including iPhone 17 pro max cosmic orange 512Gb directly to this address from EE in DPD
And you to receive parcel from Ee in dpd you need 4 digit pin which I had given to this company in advance. I thought they are genuine nice people. Now on 18th december at 14:34 guy named Paren received my parcel from uk post box and dpd driver name was Balan, I am attaching photos here in google.
In uk post box app there is an option what you want to do with your parcel such as open and scan, recycle, forward etc.
So never selected open and scan, I chose forward it to another address via dpd and this company forwarded it to address given in London. Today on Saturday 20/12/2025 when parcel received at forwarding address guess what there is no iPhone inside the box; only charger and thief has erased imei number as well.
When parcel was given at uk post box address it was pack. And when received in London (forwarded batch) it was pack, so only people who could have done this is uk post box person who forwarded this batch.
Now what worries me my another iPhone and watch and iPad is coming on Monday to uk post box and I have already given them PIN number to receive parcels.
I have reported it to DPD and EE and police. I hope I get my phone back. I am attaching all evidence.

Great company and their top notch service always really makes my life easier
I don't typically write reviews but have been a customer of UK Postbox for over a year now and I have to commend them for the service they provide. Professional, good communication and quick service when mail arrives, or needs to be stored or forwarded. Their forwarding service can sometimes be a bit pricey, but their fee structure is clear and transparent so it's clear up front what it will cost. Whenever I've had a problem they always respond super quickly and get the issue resolved same-day. Thanks !

Bad experience with UK Post Box
Bad experience with UK Post Box. Recently, I subscribed to a plan with them for around £12, and then had to pay even more just to open my letters. On top of that, I never received my UTR or any other important mail. And now, when I try to log in, they tell me my account is banned. Honestly, it’s really unprofessional. Be very careful!

The account was originally set up as a personal account, but the mail we received was addressed to an incorporated company.
When your subscription expired, the account became inactive — this automatically pauses access to mail and related services until it’s renewed.
As part of HMRC’s Money Laundering Regulations (MLR), we’re legally required to verify the identity of any company or business before we can handle/process its mail.
We completely understand that UK regulations can differ from those in other countries, and these verification steps can sometimes feel frustrating. However, they’re a legal requirement we must follow to ensure compliance and protect all customers.

They happily take your money but don’t scan your mail and ignore messages sent.
I complained on X last month and instantly had 6 letters come through but again, nothing this month.
Issues started in August.
