‼️ SCAM ALERT ‼️

I only wish I had seen these alerts before I made a purchase! They will not send what you have ordered! They will fob you off with robotic responses until you can’t take any more of it!
I have repeatedly contacted them and it’s the same lies everytime!
This will be reported to the authorities but also I implore you if you have experienced it too, to go to WIX to inform them that they have a scammer on their platform.

Disgusting people, prepared to let people buy from a website that only takes and does not give you what you have paid for!

SCAM SCAM SCAM THIEVING BASTARDS. Angela & James Savage are listed as directors of this website on companies house but they dissolved it back in 2018. My thinking is that they have kept this website up & running since then and have just been stealing people's money (as they have done with me and LOTS of other people). Their registered address from CH is 51 Clarkegrove Road, Sheffield, S10 2NH in case anyone is interested

Scam - £37 and no mini figures. Emailed and no response. AVOID!!!

This 'company' does nothing but scam people, it is a shame that I found these reviews after I bought some figures. Luckily I only made a small order less than £10.00, as I wanted to see if the company is any good. Before I make any other larger priced orders.

I received an order confirmation by e-mail and then nothing else. I forwarded the confirmation to the website contact detail, along with a question about my order. Nothing again, I did this a further two times, each time forwarding the earlier e-mail's, and each time nothing. The phone number never gets answered, the Facebook icon on the website, links to Wix who made the website. Not to anything to do with the ukminifigure company.

I have to put this down to experience, as the money I spent, is below the chargeback limit.

Update: I have still received nothing, apart from an e-mail asking me to submit a review about my purchases. I will be sending nothing to them, the same as they did to me.

I am writing this review to warn others and encourage affected customers to take action.

I placed an order with UK Minifigure Store and payment was taken, but the items were never delivered. There were no shipping updates, and despite multiple attempts to contact the seller by email and other listed contact methods, I received no response.

After researching further, I discovered many other customers reporting the same experience: payment taken, no goods received, and no communication. This appears to be a pattern of non-fulfilment, not an isolated incident.

If you are considering ordering from this site, please be extremely cautious.
If you have already placed an order and not received it, I strongly recommend:
• Requesting a chargeback or refund through your bank or payment provider
• Reporting the site to Action Fraud (UK)
• Reporting the merchant to the payment processor used for your transaction

The more reports that are made, the more likely it is that this operation can be investigated and prevented from affecting further customers.

Wish i had read the reviews before ordering. Had no items delivered. Took many attempts to get hold of the so called company. They never apologised or acted professionally. They said they had issued me a refund, that never came. Will get in touch with the bank. They shouldn’t still be trading. It’s obviously a scam of a company. Everyone should avoid!!!!

Wish I read the reviews first. Placed an order and it was never sent out. Thankfully I managed to get my money back via chargeback through my bank. Do not engage with these scammers

An honest helpful review.....absolute scum who have no concern ripping people off for thousands I'm guessing and yet they are still in business judging by the fact they still have a website, joke of a company.

They have now refused chargeback from my bank so I have lost £154 what a con artist complete scammer no orders from any were sent this is going legal you are not taking peoples money no more!

Ordered from these guys almost a year ago and still no figures and no reply to my emails. Total scammers!

Zero communication after order confirmation. Nothing arrived after 6 weeks. Claimed money back through bank.

Awful. Should have read reviews first. Didn't receive order, no response to any communication. Now contacting the bank to report fraud.

Order 12311. Ordered multiple minifigures in November '24 for Christmas presents.
Were never despatched and after multiple messages on messenger to which none were replied to and multiple comments on Facebook posts (which have now been deleted) I still have had no word about my order now in August '25.
Gave up trying to even have anything done about it in February. Just glad it was only £17 I lost as I'm sure other people lost a whole lot more.
At the time this was a problem with a load of people and their excuse for this was the amount of orders they had that they were struggling with. The backlog was never attempted to be sorted as all the time they were accepting new orders??
Can't believe they are still able to operate. It's was a complete joke and they didn't seem to care about trying to refund anyone or attempt to send orders out. Seem like total scammers to me.

Item never dispatched, and no response to varied methods of contact with them, reported to bank as fraud. I have one disappointed child.

I have been waiting since December 2024 so nearly 5 months of nothing being delivered,no updates or any communication it's appalling and I feel stupid to have fallen for what I thought was a genuine company to take money from my son who had saved his birthday money to buy the figures he wanted to be disappointed to not recieve them before Christmas like they said they would arrive by as purchased on the 3rd December. The phone line dies out after a few rings,you get no response to emails or messages and yet they can still post on Facebook page apologising for the backlog of orders and still able to take orders,if I owned this company I'd say until backlog has been cleared others can't order stuff till its sorted as hoes it fair that people who ordered a week or so ago still get their orders yet others waiting since last year have seemingly been forgotten about,they need to get their priorities right and stop messing people about. I will in future buy from other companies and definitely never again from this company as they are a bunch of SCAMMERS AFTER YOUR MONEY

Scam, been waiting 26 days for a delivery promised in 3-5 days! No replies to website message portal or their email, nothing. Avoid as clearly a scam site. Will report to bank credit card now.

scam! don’t even bother purchasing anything from this hell hole of a website - paid extra for the figures to be delivered quicker and still nothing ! customer service is unresponsive and useless too

Seems like I have been scammed. And when I say I really I mean my 7 year old child. Ordered and no communication and certainly no product received. Disappointing, will now be asking my bank for a charge back.

Been waiting for my order since September, and good luck if you manage to get in touch with them!
They are complete rip off merchants. I’ve even tried leaving a number of negative reviews on their own website, they never show up - funny that.
There are much better companies out there. Avoid this one completely.
