I was after some personalised prosecco flutes, and needed to discuss what I was after on the live chat. Unlike a lot of live chats, a representative was there within seconds. They were incredibly helpful and assisted me to get exactly what I was looking for. The prosecco flutes arrived the next day, very well packaged (which surprisingly you don't always get from some shops selling glass products) and they are perfect. I can't recommend these guys highly enough; the service and the product. I'm very happy and will definitely be coming back again in the future.

Their customer service is shocking. Contacted them through 2 different communication, until I left a bad review on their website they got back to me, to which they asked for photos and I've not heard anything since.

Product quality good, but customer service extremely poor!
Ignored because it's a cost to them!
Purchased a plaque that stands by using a screw piece at the bottom.
Was happy with plaque but the screw was missing!
Contacted them by email, told would have to send a replacement as they basically don't have the screw separately, this was on 30th July. Waited.. waited.. emailed again to ask what's happening. Ignored. Messaged through their Facebook page, read acknowledged and they replied they would be looked into tomorrow, never happened. Over 2 weeks ago now and I keep messaging and emailing back with no response. Terrible customer service and not in the customers best interest. I ordered this on the 27th July and I'm yet to receive any action or a replacement. Won't but again.

I wish I could give this company 0! I ordered a graduation photo album book. The book looks so cheap & tacky and looked nothing like the one I've seen on their website. Customer service is absolutely appalling. I have contacted them numerous times and they told me to send a photo of the damaged book in order to process the refund. Once I have sent them a photo they still didn't get back to me. I contacted them a week later and still no response. I do not recommend this company at all. Please don't order anything from them. This company are scamming people.

Great customer service when you do manage to contact them! My personalised frame was exactly as I’d ordered and I was pleased with the frame however it arrived slightly damaged. I contacted the company by email and after a week I’d had no response. Next, I tried the chat feature on their website and again no response. Finally, I tried ringing and did manage to get through. The man I spoke to was very helpful and I got my replacement frame the next day.
My advice would be to ring the company if you have a problem as I was told that they don’t have live chat even though it’s an option on their website!

I purchased a personalised wedding memory box and sent it in after doing so realised l have put in the wrong date had to wait until the next day to contact company they could not have been more helpful even though the original box had been printed they sent me an other with correct date on it at no extra charge . Things do go wrong but it is how it is how it is put right that matters. This company has no customer care and will not put anything right. I am appalled at the memory box I received, the dates were wrong and there is no way of contacting them. The material was poor and I urge no-one to deal with them

I had never heard of this company before but after a friend found an item that was just what I was looking for as a retirement present I was pleased to see so many items for different occassions that I will refer to this website again. The delivery was very quick to. I recieved my item in 24 hours of ordering. 100% recommendation.

Fantastic fast delivery too

Absolutely disappointed !!!! I purchased a bedside light that was for my nephew . It was for his Holy Communion with an inscription of his name. When it arrived the inscription was barely visible and I contacted the owner Nicholas who requested I send a picture of it and despite following him up twice he didnt even have the courtesy to respond. I would certainly warn anyone purchasing items that have inscriptions as my one was completely substandard and I was embarrassed to present the gift !

Items were exactly as described but the added bonus was the box the tankard came in made the gift look a million dollars. I order 12 Glass tankard for an EoS gifts , engraving and delivered within 48 hours. Outstanding.
