Bought a pair of personalised champagne…
Bought a pair of personalised champagne flutes in a nice presentation box for a wedding present. The week after Bought another pair of personalised champagne flutes for a wedding gift for my daughter, when arrived it was in 2 flimsy white cardboard boxes, nothing like a gift box. Got in touch with the company which they stated they were 2 different purchases, surely if it's a personalised gift they all should be in a presentation box, really poor service but quick to take your money. Stated to them that they should put on their website if not in a gift box. Will not buy from this company again!

Wish it could be Photos attached! They are perfect, the right size and followed my comments at the bottom of the order :) Delivery quick and straightforward with great communication.

Sent to wrong address, emailed messaged tried to ring and can’t get a reply off none. Has been returned to sender but still no reply. Probably really nice if I’d recieved it.

Perfect Company to deal with!
Such a refreshing change to deal with a company that understands customer service. I received a phone call from a human being (that is unusual as it is) to explain that there was a problem with the supply of my order. However, this was not a problem for this company and a perfect alternative was sorted. It arrived quickly and perfectly packaged.
I would highly recommend this company and will be using them again in the future. Thank you!
