I recently purchased this bed, but after placing the order I realised it was going to be too large for my room. I contacted customer service and spoke with Kamron, who was incredibly polite, patient, and helpful from start to finish. He took the time to go through everything with me clearly and professionally. He offered to adjust the bed measurements to better suit my space and also informed me that the headboard was already split, meaning I wouldn’t need to pay the additional £100 to have it divided which I really appreciated.

The bed arrived exactly as promised, very quickly and in perfect condition. It was easy to assemble, the measurements were correct, and it fit perfectly in my room. The quality is excellent it looks exactly like the photos and feels incredibly soft and well made.

Overall, I’m extremely happy with both the product and the customer service. Kamron’s professionalism and helpfulness made a huge difference, and I would definitely recommend this company to others.

A great delivery team of Adam and Farhaan!! Kept informed of delivery times throughout the day, and arrived as expected. Bed delivered and built by a very polite and friendly team and all rubbish removed afterwards. They managed s very tricky staircase too!! Thank you for such a great service!!

We purchased our new bed from UK BedsDirect.com. and we couldn’t be happier with our new purchase. The quality of the bed is amazing and we also ordered the matching ottoman which is a perfect match. Both items are excellent and look great in our bedroom. Communication with the company was first class and it was delivered at the time they gave us and the delivery men were very helpful and polite. They placed them in our hallway carefully and everything was undamaged and in perfect condition. We would highly recommend this company and will certainly buy from them again.

Following a great deal of High Street and online research we opted to buy our bedframe from UK Beds Direct.
We ordered online (a simple & easy process) a King Size, Mirador Ambassador Bed Frame UK in Ivory Teddy with matching buttons. With 54" tall headboard and non storage, solid base. Email confirmation arrived promptly explaining delivery would be in 7-10 working days.
However, being eager and within the timeframe, we couldn't resist making contact for an update. We received an email response providing a delivery date and informed we would be updated with a time slot the night before, which we did. In this update we were informed the driver would call us on the day, which he did.
The delivery van, was a plain, unsigned van, a little dirty looking. The two delivery men were lovely, we mainly engaged with the younger man, who was very helpful, polite and friendly. He carried each piece to our door and placed them carefully in the hallway. He actually helped place one piece into the room.
The delivery process went smoothly.
It didn't take two of us long to assemble the bedframe. We were extremely impressed with the quality of the workmanship. The bedframe is well made, strong and sturdy. The material is fabulous. We are super happy with a purchase, so glad we decided to buy from here. We would totally recommend buying from here and we would certainly buy from here in the future.
The one thing we are disappointed with, we wish we had ordered a mattress and matching ottoman box.

I purchased a super queen bed and mattress and it’s totally exceeded my expectations. The bed is stunning and the delivery guys who assembled the bed were amazing despite the tight fit getting it up the stairs. Great communication as well regarding delivery. Would highly recommend.

I ordered the Sahara high base bed, and this bed is by far better than expected. Amazing quality and so luxurious, feels like a hotel bed. Delivery was quick and they communicated with me to let me know when they were close by. 100% will be ordering again and recommending to friends.
