Sales director was rude and brusque. Pre-order delivery involving unspecified despatch date was ambiguous and money-grabbing.
Product was packed adequately and as described, however the sales director has a history of rudeness (see other reviews) and should find a job where he doesn't have to interact with customers, because he's clearly lacking the skills to maintain professionalism.
The reply from the company just proves this, taking no responsibility for the terrible customer service.

I ordered the item Tuesday evening and it arrived Thursday morning. Great service and an excellent product.

I received order missing one of the key products, been assured by "Chris" that it will be shipped in 2 weeks. That was on the 5th of May and now we have 22nd of July and my calls, emails and messages are ignored... Parts of the crossbow came damaged. I will not buy from them again as it proven to be a nightmare!!!

Regarding response from the shop below, I TRIED to call or message or email every COUPLE OF WEEKS as they kept extending the lead times, yet mostly got ignored! Response just proves that they truly don't deserve good customer rating, the sales person was usually rude and asked me everything, to prove the details and had to repeat the story every time. I suggested that if the customer issue case was not solved to perhaps lessen the pain and keep the records of it. Now that he claims that he remembers that I was contacting nearly daily he must of had all of it and asked me to repeat the story and go through everything just for fun I guess. To summarise it was painful and exhausting experience, happy to take the money, once they had it they stopped caring about the customer.

Straightforward easy to use and great communication. Have used twice now and will keep using for future purchases.

No issue with the product however there is zero customer engagement from this company. Trying to get a response to email or a phone call is next to impossible.
