Delivered promptly. Sound quality great. Battery life exceeds expectations. The letdown is not being able to download user manual from website and the QR code on packaging doesn't work.

Awful after sales you go round and…

Awful after sales you go round and round in circles when you have a issue.
Ive sent the same information THREE TIMES in email replies and still get asked the same thing over and over.
Totally useless I have purchased lots of anker products in the past but this maybe it

P40i Smart ANC True-Wireless Earbuds on…

P40i Smart ANC True-Wireless Earbuds on offer so good value for money. Plenty of sizes of ear tips so easy to get a good fit. Sound quality and ANC fine for the money. I find the touch controls a bit sensitive for my clumsy fingers, not sure if this is adjustable. The iPhone app takes a bit of getting used to for both navigation and functionality. Although I am of a certain age.

Impressive quality.

The qi20 headphones are very well made. They seem to be excellent quality. They hold a charge for longer than any other headphones I have (except perhaps a pair of Soundcore liberty 4 earbuds) I have used them in noise cancelling while using an electric hedge trimmer and on a long haul flight. While I am still aware of some background noise (probably due to reverberations in the environment) I can always hear my music clearly without needing them on maximum volume. For the price point of these headphones they represent excellent quality and value. I’m vey pleased with them.

It’s so good

It’s so good, more than I expected. The noise cancelling function works very well and I feel like I’m in a bubble when I use it.

Happy I made this choice. Motion 300.

Only had it a month but really impressed with the build quality and sound, which is plenty loud enough and decent. Quick and simple to set up. A few songs (eg from Youtube) make the bass vibrate too much (I think its from the song already being adjusted to have a lot of bass), but the app makes it easy to adjust the equaliser if needed. It also has the option to play decent relaxing background sounds you can use too instead of music. Happy I made this choice and will buy from Soundcore again.

Slow delivery and AI customer service

Day 7 of waiting for my delivery, the tracking app hasn’t changed since the day I ordered: ‘the sellers have told us they have despatched your item’ the customer service team is like speaking to a robot, doesn’t make sense and will make random statements. For example, blamed the delivery on the weather (it’s been 30 degrees all week.) and ‘usually the package will arrive later’. Doesn’t seem to be an option to speak to a real person, which is a shame because I was so excited to receive my headphones, this has left a sour taste in my mouth!

Zero Customer Service

On May 6, 2025 I purchased a pair of V20i open earphones from Amazon. On the 15th of August, they weren't working properly. I followed the instructions to reset them, and it didn't work. I contacted Anker customer service 4 different times and provided a screenshot of my purchase from Amazon. I've received the same set of instructions repeatedly that I have already followed with no result. They've asked for proof of purchase multiple times, and I have provided it. Not even 4 months old and Anker has done nothing and has stopped responding to my emails. I used a lot of Anker products without issue. I had an issue with a USB hub, which they replaced immediately. I don't understand what's happened to this company, but I no longer trust them and would advise anyone not to deal with them. Zero customer support. If it breaks under warranty, they'll just ignore you.
UPDATE: Anker has reached out to me and assured me they would make this right. It took this review, however, to get someone's attention. Will update again if they follow through. Replacements arrived 22/08 Gave them 3 Stars now because of all the hassle.
