Well it started well and it arrived early unannounced
Lucky that I am retired now and in a lot.
Got the email two days later saying it's on it's way.
Got a free pallet with the delivery.
Driver said he could not take it back!
This is my third trampoline but the first North one.
It is for my adult son who is Autistic and just loves to bounce, the weight rating was a big positive and also the fact that the safety net can be left off.
Then the confusion started having put up the frame and it was a struggle even with help.
I knew putting the first springs in the correct place was important and found the yellow marked on the bed end to end was ok
Then tried to align up middle seemed wrong counted mat 80 counted frame 96
Checked instruction book nothing obvious.
Sent an email Saturday no reply by Monday 1pm so rang up.
Lots of confusion then eventually after a week was shown that the extra holes are for the pad hooks.
Most other brands just tie it to the frame.
The trampoline is really good but the instructions are a bit vague

Fits perfectly, strong tarpaulin and can fit the net and poles underneath too. Fast delivery too.

We paid a week ago and have not heard anything since so we have no idea when it is due to arrive

The children love the trampoline - feels good quality and was relatively easy to put together. Great bounce achieved. We purchased the rectangle 12x8 North Pioneer. My husband spend around 2 hours doing the base and then I helped him do the netting and ladder (around another hour). So in total I would estimate 4 hours to build.

We paid the extra £10 for the spare tool to put the springs on and glad we did as the tool which came with the trampoline had a really basic handle and wasn’t comfortable to use (I was expecting both tools to be the same).

The boxes arrived damaged so I was disappointed but looking at the state of the van that delivered the trampoline, I think the damage was done by the delivery company rather than the manufacturer. They did place all the boxes for the trampoline in the back garden though. Thankfully all the parts were present and not damaged.

I wanted to view the trampolines prior to buying given their higher price tag to our previous buys and Northtrampoline gave us that option.

The staff (on phone and in person) were very helpful, attentive and friendly.
The different options available were explained well and although not a huge display I was still able to see the premium quality of the products on offer.
Daughter even got to try them out.
Delivery was as stated 2-3 days.

Assembly was easy enough. We just needed to call on dad once for his muscle to pull frame into place. We built it in a couple of hours (2xdaughters & myself) using the clear instructions and easy slot action fixings.

100% recommend and wish I had bought years ago.

Definitely a good choice of Trampoline for my SEN teenage son has I had to make it sure it was safe secure, great quality and even stress free to install so happy with my choice and one very have child

I initially rang to make an appointment to see the trampolines, and one of the owners called me back. We had a great conversation about my requirements from a trampoline, and he gave me excellent and unbiased advice. When I went to see the trampolines, we had another discussion before I finalised my choice. The trampoline arrived quickly, and there were excellent written and video instructions on how to assemble it. I chose the North Legend Trampoline, it is extremely well built and meets all the safety requirements I wanted. My children have had many hours of fun playing on it. I cannot recommend the service or product highly enough.

We had super info and service and smiley faces all the way as well as a very fast delivery next day! We assumed it might take weeks but no! The trampoline is being used to hone skills and tricks for diving - very much like gymnasts do so the size and bounce is perfect!
So far so good but cannot fault the product or people involved! Huge thanks!

We bought a 14x10ft Oval North Legend Trampoline in May this year and, after three months' use, are very pleased with our purchase. My kids, young teenagers, say 'it's the best present ever', which is music to our ears. They use it almost every day and say it's much bouncier than their friends' trampolines, which may or may not be true, but it's nice that they're so proud of it. Pleasingly, it's a great size and shape for older kids - the extra length allows them to do multiple flips and tumbles without risk of hitting the netting, but the narrower width and oval shape mean it doesn't take up as much space in the garden as a rectangular trampoline. 
It's worth saying we originally planned to get a slightly smaller rectangular model, but we went for a 14x10 oval because of the good advice from Marcus and his team, who were excellent throughout. They handled the order and subsequent delivery professionally and efficiently, even accelerating the delivery date to ensure it arrived in time for a birthday. The trampoline and accessories arrived on time, were well packed, and building it was straightforward, taking my son and I about 1.5 hours from start to finish. The instructions are simple and easy to follow once you locate and identify all the parts, and the product is made from high quality materials. I expect it to last a long time with a little basic maintenance and cleaning, but we also bought a cover to use during the winter. 
So, overall, we are very happy with our purchase and the service we have received so far. I was initially hesitant about buying a relatively expensive trampoline, but I have no regrets. It replaces an 8ft round trampoline we bought from the same company in 2015, which obviously lasted very well and I expect this one to also last very well because it's even more solidly built - although sadly I'm not sure the kids will still want to play on it in their early 20s!

My kids love the trampoline. It is well built. We had a minor issue and ordered a spare post. Proactively contacted by customer service to offer a refund and warranty solution that went above and beyond. I have no doubt the trampoline will be well used for years to come.

Quick delivery. Unfortunately packaging was damaged in transit, but customer service dealt with my query quickly and efficiently. Kids are very happy with their new trampoline.

The team were very professional and worked hard in the blazing heat over two days to install our highly anticipated in-ground trampoline. Communication throughout was excellent, the team were very considerate, neat and tidy (considering they were digging up huge amounts of clay-like mud) and we are delighted with the end result.

Currently on my fourth delivery slot with it having been rescheduled three times. It keeps being delayed with no explanation. Ordered on 24 July and still not here despite it being in stock and ‘ready to ship’.

UPDATE HAVING RECEIVED THE TRAMPOLINE (Customer services stepped in) - worth the wait and excellent quality. The children love it.
