Got a huge delay in delivery and was offered something I was already entitled to due to my payment just asked for something else because of the huge delay and was told no we can’t do anything

I'm honestly so disappointed. I ordered the omni pro on release date. I have very little money after fleeing domestic violence but also have slipped disks and cervical nerve compression. As a result, I spent what is a huge amount of money for me on the bundle with footstool and spare battery etc

They'd taken too many orders at launch which meant my chair was delayed by weeks and in this time, I've been in agony.

The footstool has come days later and upon opening the box there is no screws in there so I cannot put it together. The chair is not ergonomic without it as I have to raise the chair to meet the desk and this leaves my feet not firmly on the floor.

I also never received the earlybird 'freebies'

I have emailed customer services several times now both before purchase and after and I have never once received a response.

Truly, one of the worst buying and customer service experiences I have ever experienced. I'm totally and utterly pickled off at this point.

Chair is great, exactly as promised. When asked about a missing footrest, support got in touch in two days with an explanation that it'll be a separate package. Great product, Great Support.

Ordered a chair which was advertised as 5-7 days delivery, then a few days later the listing changed to pre order, august.
No option to cancel and the money has already been taken.
Customer support ignoring all messages.

Likely scam company, do not trust any reviewers who give positive reviews they're likely in on it.

Avoid.

Ordered a chair on 16/6 still haven't heard anything from them. Emailed them a few times with no reply and they said they have 24/7 customer support. If I don't hear anything from them in the next couple of days I will be asking a charge back from my credit card company. Avoid this shady company!!!

Really happy with the service I received. The team took the time to honour my request, which I really appreciated. I had my eye on the chair, but by the time the bank authorised my loan, the offer had expired. I had only missed it by a couple of hours, and they kindly made an exception and still gave me the offer price.

Once I placed the order, the chair arrived very quickly, almost next day. I had seen a few comments about delays or items arriving separately, but my order arrived in good condition and much faster than expected.

Overall, a very positive experience and I’m really pleased with both the service and the chair.

Went together easily. Comfortable, versatile, great support but shows how bad my neck and upper back has got. Should have had something like this years ago.

Ordered a chair, cancelled the order before item dispatched and they still processed payment and took the funds, now been over 2 weeks and still no refund. Avoid like the plague, their customer service is shocking - only respond via email every few days, no telephone number either so you can actually speak to a human. And because you can’t speak to anyone they don’t answer questions in any emails you send, which again they only respond too every few days. Abysmal!!
