A truly beautiful and well made piece. It arrived 2 days after I ordered and it arrived in a beautiful case. I've been wearing every day since, and I love it.

The ad for the bracelet was appealing to me. When I received the bracelet I was impressed by the look and the quality. Shipping was very quick. This was a very positive purchase.

Staff was extremely helpful, responsive to my exchange requests and kept me updated on production timelines. I was skeptical because I had not heard of the company before but working with Akira changed my mind. Oh, and yeah, the rings are beautiful.

The rings look beautiful, though obviously mass produced based on how quickly the incorrect oder was sent out. Purely based on customer service, id give this business a rating of zero. I had a long message thread with Mykyta about a custom size ring and I asked how to order it. He gave me an almost snarky response with a link to be able to buy it. Of course it was for the wrong size ring cos they dont stock that size. I figured, since we'd had the conversation, I'd place the order and send a message with the request, as discussed. In leau of a response I got a message saying the ring(wrong size) had been processed and sent and a tracking number provided. When I reference the long conversation about the custom size and the time to order, I was told I had ordered the ring in the link, like the whole conversation never happened. When I made contact, to clear this up, again, I got no explanation or apology. Just a response saying return or exchange if you dont want it. And a link. Nothing more. This was such an appalling exchange.

Product is well made and very nice. Excelllent customer service.

I received my product timely, didn't have to wait too long to recieve it and I am thoroughly impressed with the product. Will definitely be back.

Piece is extremely well constructed. The attention to detail is excellent. It was shipped quickly, and without issue. Beyond satisfied. Japanese Melody is legit.

I have only made one purchase and the leather bracelet is awesome. Very well crafted and the titanium clasp is great.

The quality and craftsmanship of the rings and bracelets is amazing, I only have one complaint and it has to do with the shipping package, they use a simple plastic bag, which is not ideal if you send and envelope with the certificate of authenticity, this way the envelope arrives all bent and wrinkled. Other than my complaint, items are great, just a bit too pricey.

Ordered a leather bracelet for my husband. Unfortunately it was delayed due to Father’s Day demand which is very understandable. It was restocked and shipped quickly. The box it arrived in is beautiful and he loves it for storage of his other bracelets. It’s high quality and very attractive on his dresser. The bracelet itself is extremely well made and the clasp is very sturdy and well integrated into the leather .
I did email with concerns about lack of shipping updates and response was swift. It was shipped via USPS and the lack of communication is due to there system . I’ve experienced this before so understand and it was well explained in the email I received.
I feel the bracelet was appropriately priced as the craftsmanship is excellent on this piece. We had recently seen one in a store for $20 less and we were so glad we didn’t buy it because the quality from this company is far superior.

Bought the Kyoto bracelet as a Father’s Day present for my husband. He isn’t a big jewelry fan but had expressed an interest in a leather style bracelet. Ordering was easy and shipping was fast. The bracelet arrived earlier than expected and is even nicer in person. He loves it! The quality is good and the design is beautiful but i do recommend that you review online how to open it. He was initially frustrated trying to pull it open. Thankfully i stepped in before he broke it. Haha

We absolutely love my husbands ring. It is good quality brushed metal with a wood grain on the interior which he loves since he’s a carpenter. Also the price tag is unmatched, we were quoted $1500-2000 for a similar band at a jeweller. Shipping was fast, the box it was in was stylish, Overall highly recommend.

Customer service was great. My original choice was unavailable and I was given the option of choosing a replacement which arrived very quickly.

Misleading photo, advertising. Bracelet way too small, almost microscopic. Makes one wonder about the authenticity of materials. Would never have bought it in a store.
