Wouldn't Order from Them Again
I placed an order on 12/15. I received an email stating they were out of the size I ordered and would need to make it. I asked if it would be ready and shipped by Christmas, to which they guranteed it would.
Christmas arrived and I didn't receive my order or any status update. I sent 3 follow up emails...nothing. I emailed a 4th time and stated I would dispute the charge, since there had been no update. They finally replied and the order was shipped that day.
I finally received the order on 1/5 - three weeks after the order was placed. If they had simply communicated their actual timeline there wouldn't have been an issue.
When I did finally receive the item, which was over $100, it was sent in a small bag and shipping envelope. I would expect for an item of that much and it being jewelry I would at least get a box to avoid any damage.
My husband did like the item, but I won't order from them again due to the lack of communication and shipping.

What you described — especially the lack of communication and the missed timeline — is not the standard we aim to hold. You’re right to expect clarity, especially when timing matters.
In some cases, when a specific size is not immediately available, the piece is made to order. That should have been communicated more transparently, and followed with consistent updates. We fell short there.
Regarding packaging — your expectation is fair. Pieces at this level should arrive protected and presented properly. This is something we’ve already refined.

I purchased the leather mens bracelet and it was beautiful. My husband really liked the different leather strands. I don't know how else to describe it, but it was different. The craftsmanship was excellent and it arrived very quickly.

Does not look like picture at all. Pic has much more detail and actually looks like silver. The finish on this bracelet is dull and almost black. Highly doubt there any silver at all…
