After going through all my apps on booking accommodation to find accommodation for my stay in Durham a few days to explore the city . I always take plenty of time to find the right suitable location which is not too far from railway station . I used Hotels.com for my booking . I found it very easy to make my booking . I hope my stay in Durham at the chosen hotel that I have booked shall be a lovely time .

Really struggled to book and use the…
Really struggled to book and use the e-gift voucher.It was extremely frustrating. We tried to chat on line, then call and email . None of these were of any help . No direct number and not appropriate options on phone to get support . Emailed different departments which basically sent me round in circles ! Eventually I managed to book and use the voucher with advice from IT expert from other source . Shouldn’t be so hard

YOU COULD AT LEAST GIVE A SMALL PERIOD OF GRACE FOR ISSUES.
