This company should be called get scammed and not get scammed! You pay your money and pick a date to suit you which they cannot meet, despite me ringing to speak to someone beforehand and promised my scheduled date, they still made false promises and took my money. They have no way of knowing if the date you pick is available until you have had the telephone call with the GP and done the referral. Because I complained they then sent me to a completely different scan centre than the one i originally chose. Now on top of that I was promised results within 1-2 days. I am still waiting for results nearly a week later. I chose to pay privately because of the long wait on the nhs but because of all the delays my nhs scan is now only 3 days away anyway.

Appointment on Tuesday afternoon results first thing weds morning! Excellent. Only quibble was when I booked it was for a Saturday but after screening I was told we only do scans on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Apart from that first class. Highly recommended.

Made me feel so at ease. Needed to find out 100% what was wrong.
Nurses where wonderful, as was the doctor on the phone, and booking team.

I found the staff very helpful and one lady who’s name I don’t recall that explained the scan and process so kind helpful and made me feel very relaxed
I would 100% recommend, hopefully I won’t need another but if I ever do I will be sure to go back here

From the doctor’s telephone appointment , scans, receiving the scan report & images everyone was very professional & helpful. Even on bank holiday Monday the GP & the Radiologist helped me with queries that I had. It all got sorted out very quickly. I can highly recommend GetScanned. Thank you.

Appointment arranged quickly. Prompt on the day and very helpful staff. Rapid turn around with results, and a useful report. Very good value for money.

Would def use again. Good value for money and efficient process. Results were very fast (next day) and email replies polite and immediate response. They even had youtube on the headphones. Only negative was the lady in the room was clearly having a bad day, but still gets 5 stars given the overall speed and efficiency.

Can't fault them. I was able to get appointment within 2 days and MRI results iin 48 hours. They were extremely accommodating when I asked for a 2nd MRI for another problem I had. All of the staff were highly professional and caring. Would highly recommend.

Everything was handled quickly and professionally. Staff where friendly and helpful. The booking process was straight forward and had my scan on my requested date within 3 days of booking. Communication was excellent and all queries were responded to very quickly. I would use GetScanned again if needed and I highly recommend them.

Booked an MRI scan and paid to be told the date I requested does not exist. Well change the booking system then. I was offered other appointments absolutely miles away which is not acceptable. Eventually had to take extra time off work with no pay I got the scan done. I was told I'd get the images emailed to me. That was 4th August. I got a report and still no images. They have stopped communicating and I appear to be fighting a losing battle. Not good at all

I was impressed with the prompt response to my booking, and the quick telephone appointment with their GP, and the ability to make an appointment that suited my needs.
The GP you employed was professional, efficient, and spoke clearly and understood perfectly what I was saying. I was sent forms to complete that were easy to do.
The test venue was easy to find with free parking at the Bluewater Shopping Centre.
The waiting area was small. The downside was the constant noise. The Receptionist would be taking a telephone call (it barely stopped), then another call would come in a queue and make constant repeating loud noises. How the Receptionist could concentrate on a call with a loud repeating irritating noise is beyond me, as I could not work like that. In addition in a small waiting area the noise carried. Despite the abysmal working conditions the Receptionist was welcoming and polite.
I was collected by another staff member who escorted me to a nearby cabin. The venue might consider having a cover built as in inclement weather you would be exposed walking between the units. The staff member was welcoming and clearly explained the procedure which went ahead without any issues.
I was impressed to receive the test results the following day, so now I have to wait for my GP to actually look at it.
Lastly the MRI was competitively priced beating most other private health services in the SE Area, so I will definitely consider them again if I need a procedure in the future.

The service was swift and professional though the staff were a little serious and could do with being a little more 'smiley'.

I found GetScanned to be good overall.
Getting a booking nearer to where I live was the issue, however Richa (support team) was excellent and found me a nearer Scan centre.
Most of my communication was with Richa and throughout was polite, professional and 'on it', very helpful. I am curious as to how much my scan actually was i.e. what GetScanned take off the amount you pay but they have to make their money somehow I guess.
I was just annoyed my local GP could not and would not refer me for a private MRI scan more locally. Such are GP surgeries these day!

Would highly recommend GetScanned very reliable and helpful when I asked questions.Also very quick in getting my results back from the scan.

Very disappointing experience.

When I initially booked, communication was quick and I was specifically told that the scan centre I requested had availability. After making payment, I was then informed that the centre was actually fully booked and was offered an alternative location around two hours from my home, which simply isn’t a reasonable alternative for me.

Since then, I’ve tried contacting Get Scanned several times to request a refund, but the communication has been noticeably slow and difficult compared with how quickly my booking and payment were dealt with.

I understand that availability can change, but I feel I should have been given accurate information before making payment, and I would expect a much quicker response when trying to resolve the issue.

Unfortunately, based on my experience, I wouldn’t use Get Scanned again and would advise others to be cautious when booking.

Contacted this company twice via email asking for some additional information on their £1999 CTAC scan. Absolutely no response. Just think, if this is the way they deal with customers before they have their money, imagine the customer service you'll receive once they have your money in the bank! Absolutely appalling.
