I returned an item nearly two weeks ago…
I returned an item nearly two weeks ago , I have sent two emails and this morning I rang their helpline at 9 am , the automated message stated that “ all our advisors are busy “ - at 9 am as soon as the lines open ?? I find that very hard to believe! I just want my refund ! I am extremely disappointed in the service provided by this company- AVOID at all costs !!!

Two separate orders - in one an item was missing. I was not notified - however, calling customer service this was swiftly investigated and mind put at ease that I was not charged. The orders are for a friend's birthday; cannot comment on the products. On the other hand Erborian is highly recommended when you research. Thanks Lilia - great first experience for customer service.

I always kept on switching from one…
I always kept on switching from one skincare brand to another but for the past 2 years, Erborian has been the only one I’m stuck on. I love their bamboo products as I find that they’re the only ones able to regulate a mixed skin. Their products are quickly absorbed by the skin and aren’t harsh at all. I tried their masks as well and I really enjoy them, to the point of organizing mask parties with my friends ! I think this brand is really underrated.

Love erborian
I discovered this company about two years ago and I’ve kept ordering, I think I’ve ordered about 15 times now and I keep going back. Their Bb creme is so light on the skin but provides really good coverage which is what I love. They also deliver so quickly within 3-4 days. I also like that they always have offers on or free gifts. They are also one of very few companies that have still provided excellent customer service despite the pandemic. It’s nice to know you can count on a company whose products can provide some pampering during these times.

Great service and product
I bought the CC Creme / high definition in Dore and l am very happy with the quality of the product and its ingredients, plus l was pleasantly surprised to get a couple of free samples. The package was delivered within the time advised when l checked out, even during the COVID19 lockdown. I shall repurchase again from Erborian as their K beauty products have good reviews.
