Burberry, disappointment
very bad and poor services, the value given to me is as much as the money I paid. I absolutely do not believe that their products have passed quality control. Product quality and durability is a complete disappointment

Further to the email of 4th May, I would like to further confirm that our investigation process has now concluded and the result stands.
We received confirmation that all aspects of the shipping and delivery process were completed and have ascertained that there was no discrepancy in the findings of the investigation as confirmed to you in the email of 4th May.
As previously mentioned, we will not be offering a replacement or refund on this occasion and will not be unable to enter into further discussion on the matter as our investigation is complete.
As such, this is Burberry’s final position.
