Great product
It took about two weeks to ship to me even though the warehouse is in Sydney and so am I. I love my slippers now that they’ve arrived.

Quick delivery
Quick delivery. I would have liked to talk to someone about sizing but you don’t take phone calls. I had to post back at my own expense, request a refund and then order another pair in next size up.

Great gloves
The gloves arrived quite quickly and I love them. They keep my hands warm and I can still use my phone as the ends of my fingers are not inside them.

Bought almost $600 worth of uggs from this company. It was proved they were delivered to the wrong address and the company did not offer a refund. I’ve have had to resort to reporting to consumer affairs. I’m absolutely disgusted
